1. Our keyfocus is to address challenges of digitisation, of patient identity and verification, to reduce data losses and irregularities, by removing access barriers to healthcare and avoid malpractice and loss of lives.

2.  A centralised secured biometric identification system that guarantees total privacy and a speedy medical patient demographic retrieval especially during emergencies. 
 3. This means patients can now access healthcare services more easily and eliminates the unnecessary pressure of carrying cards and memorising Medical-Aid credentials, especially for the elderly. This way, more patients will be treated for their ailments before it is too late.

Through statistics SA there has been an inflating number of medical incidents that happen over the lack of correct medical information given to medical proffessionals, specially in emergencies. Also on the flip side the countries medical procurment spends tons of billons each year in solving medi-co-legal cases, while this can be resolved by empowering youthful companies such as Systems Life Master to revolutionary disturb the markets with innovative solutions for the healthcare sector.  

The targeted population is public healthcare sector dependants that rely on government for medical attention. Over the past two years we have developed a solution that speaks to their demands at a highscale by introducing a concept to reduce plastic carbon-footprint by solving the following: - Medical identification and verification of patients in emergencies by moving away from the use of smart card to access healthcare.  

- Halt the duplication of patient files and large paper filing in public medical facilities that will save large amounts of money to medical institutions.

- Minimise fraudulent billing and secure payment switches in pharmaceutical institutes through biometrics. 

Given the above as well as the enhanced functional requirements as set out in the RFQ we envision a fully integrated solution that would include the following core functionality:

1. A content management based Web Portal that can be replicated on a partner level
2. Doctor and Patient management and workflow 

1. A secure user level based administration system which includes workflow and helpdesk support that can be easily replicated on a partner level
2. SEO, hosting and maintenance.

3. We propose a relational database design leveraging off a MySQL database platform that will allow for a fast, stable and true multi-user, multi-threaded Sql database server platform. A complete database design document will also be provided as part of the final deliverable.

   1.1                                                                                                                                                              Front-end components

   The following are the proposed front-end components with brief descriptions of functionality to be included in the solution:

   1.2                    CMS or content management solution to deliver navigation and content pages

   The content on the front-end will be delivered via a WYSIWYG CMS solution that will allow the administrator to manage placement of text, image and other components. The system will also make use of URL paths that are user friendly as well as search engine friendly. This would include sections like about, FAQ, Contact detail as well as General information, specifically About Life Master Patient Management system, policies (Terms of Use, Privacy, Intellectual Property) Showcasing – include easily updateable, multimedia case studies (including videos) of successful challenges and technology offers.

   1.3                          Integrated Search facility

   Allows for basic as well as advanced search on both textual and documents level.

The commitment from the team at developing a system that talks to patients at an automated level, through using a mobile biorugged-biometic device that also compliments smart phones for patients to easily integrate into their patient information at a centralized level.

Our preferred development architecture for this solution would be a LAMP environment, i.e. linux, apache, Php and MySQL environment. Use of technologies like Json and Ajax for data transfer, jQuery for client-side scripting and Bootstrap CSS for system interfaces is recommended as these technologies lend them self to the requirements as set out in the RFP. We propose the use of a Model-View-Controller framework to for allow for secure rapid development.

The implementation of Linux based server cloud platform or alternatively a dedicated server hosted via a reputable company would be our recommendation.

The use and subscription to reputable ready built 3rd party SEO and SEM tools and platforms if preferred rather than to try to redevelop the technology required.

We also recommend the implementation of proprietary help desk and ticketing systems for the support functionality; however, we recommend the implementation and integration of this into the administration solution to facilitate a single-entry point for administration.

Integration and implementation of proprietary payment gateways is also recommended to allow for secure payment and management as this negates the security risk of having to safeguard financial and personal detail. As such we recommend the use of Payfast as well as a Paypal option for international users, however we can integrate into most Gateways if you have a preferred vender in mind.

Security, standards and legislative compliance forms a core requirement of any solution of this magnitude and as such we adhere to international best practices and preventives measure to secure user data and prevent security breaches.

Because there is a high strength of innovation and commitment at driving success of the project.

Andile Paul Sithole, is a founder and director who is currently pursing business and entrepreneurship at tertiary level. Who has a track of township entrepreneurship by selling consumable and non-consumable, product’ such as washing powder soap, eggs and meat packages 

Tony Moakamela is also a founding-director and software a developer in the company, he has served in a few technology entities as a head in software development for the past 10-12 years. He's been with two medical aid companies as a head developer
