Help to give Hope and Health (Triple H)
There are around 65% of the world population are dying because of Non-communicable disease (NCD). In Jordan, as any other developing countries, the percentage is far higher, reaching up to 78% of the total death (WHO 2017). Those group of disease and mostly the mental/behavioral subgroup are expected to cost the world $16 US trillion by 2030 as published ahead of a first global ministerial mental health summit in London. Using Information technology (IT) with the innovational financial scheme as Micro-insurance and facilitating the Primary Care Physician (PCP) will dramatically decrease the cost or burden from the unnecessary emergency visits or admissions to the In-patient department. This model will save millions of life in a country like Jordan and other developing countries in the middle east that are facing problem with the scarcity of resources and allocation of those resources due to lack of information or credibility enhancer.
Since 1990 the United Nation promised to solve the problem of Poverty in Jordan and since health is linked to the productivity and thereof the economic viability of individuals ,populations and nations then its not possible to solve the problem of poverty without health. For example according to the UNICEF statistical manual in 2016 for Jordan ; 1.3 million child under the age 3 years are suffering from malnourished, 34% of the women in the reproductive age are suffering from Anemia and 33.4 % of the adult population are obese. all of these indicators showed the size of the problem when dealing with health because of poverty and food security.
Triple H institution made the poverty burden on health and government fixable through the innovational Micro-insurance financial scheme in order to cover the partial cost yet the full cost covered using cross subsidization pricing strategy. The institution will increase the demands on health and decreasing the unnecessary wants of healthcare services through patient education of self-care and social well-being.Triple H economics provide insights into the study of human behavior as concerns rise over escalating costs and growing dysfunctionality of the healthcare issue.
Our target customers are poor people ,refugees and uninsured population. Oppressed people lack self-care education regarding their physical mental and social well-being. Triple H mainly focusing on the health market needs in the community which are ,according to the Global Burden of Disease (GBD Hub) , Mental and Cardiology diseases. Our mantra is " investment in health as a form of investment in human capital". Most of non-profit organization in the region rely solely on funds and provide medical care completely free which will ends up with high demand on the services but on the other hand when patients are required to pay more out- of pocket they demand less, yet we realize that poor people or refugees are not willing to pay the amount that regular or conventional hospital would cost. So to fill this void we are following the micro-insurance scheme and Patient centered medical home (PCMH) and information technology in the form of mobile EHR in order to give the best clinical standards at the lowest cost ever.
Triple H is a Health institution with low construction investment in the form of steel or concrete buildings yet high investment in the information technology (IT) and healthcare services development. Using micro-insurance scheme and Patient centered medical home (PCMH) with regular visits from a health staff team to the patients home in order to put the scope around the lifestyle (nutrition, exercise, stress and social connectivity) and provide services in the form of self-care education regarding health and social well-being will significantly reduce the burden on hospital in-patient and emergency units. Also healthcare app will track healthy lifestyle and get bonuses discounts on their premium if they deliver a proof for their healthy lifestyle. The institution also run a strong financial system that operates on a daily basis to make sure that we always have a reservoir of cash to truly treat urgent patients that would need immediate interventions, another wrinkle worth mentioning that every poor patient who is coming in is on the one hand being subsidized by the system but he/she also contributing to the model in an admittedly infinitesimal way but not in a consequential way , because they contribute to the learning of the surgeon , to the aromatization of the fixed costs so they are lowering the unit cost in a tiny way and also improve the quality of care in a tiny way. In fact they are genuinely bringing back something to the system. The ethos of our system is to treat everybody not just poor people but to treat everybody for 1$/day of all tertiary diseases at anytime. After a 100 years of the first heart surgery , less than 10% of the world’s population can afford it and the reason simply due to lack of innovations; As innovation in healthcare has focused on developing the magic pill, a new vaccine or a faster scanner rather than delivering what is already available. Poor people are weak in isolation but very strong when bound together. They do not mind paying a tiny amount of money every month for healthcare. Unfortunately a vehicle does not currently exist for them to do so. Mobile-phone subscribers would be more than happy to pay 50 cents/month toward healthcare insurance and the money collected would be ⅔ of the government’s total budget for healthcare. Even in the developing rich countries are also struggling to offer healthcare to their citizens.
- Reduce the incidence of NCDs from air pollution, lack of exercise, or unhealthy food

- New business model or process
Triple H institution will renaissance Healthcare to make the definition of Health as in WHO "The complete physical mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease" as practical statement. With the help of Micro-insurance scheme we can scale driven our model for other geographical location through telemedicine. This model has been implemented in Bengaluru India "Narayana hospital". Unique valued idea could be implemented and edited to fit our society as Mental health for example. We aim toward educating our patients in the form of information technology to know more about Life-style by creating a platform for them. According to the Global Burden of Disease(GBD Hub) Jordan health and economical burden risk factor is behavioral and this line has not been dealt with by Medicine efficiently even in the developing countries, Many studies have proven the counter effect of psychiatric medications and the size of disorderly fashioned model that young folks been training as by giving the magic pill as first choice because of the principal agent relationship that give providers the full authority to choose on behalf of the patient without mentioning the alternative ways such as the effective non-pharmacological ways mostly due to Ask your doctor strategy marketing that been carried by pharmaceutical industries.
