ASGHI is a mobile app which help people with Alzheimer's Disease manage, track and improve their mental health resilience.

ASGHI is a Mobile App whose aim is to help track, manage and improve the mental resilience of patients.

Mrs Salamat has been suffering from Alzheimer's Disease. Upon hearing about ASGHI, she decided to sign up and became a member, ASGHI now notify her on when to exercise, prepare a nutritional timetable, notify her on when to rest and sleep and even receive online counseling from our mentor on anger management (dealing with stress) and social support. With these, Salamat's mental resilience has improved within a short period of time.

With more than 5 million people affected by Alzheimer's Disease, ASGHI aims to serve as a solution to that by filling out the gap between patient and it's solution thus tracking and managing their health condition. 

Mrs Salamat and other patients registered on ASGHI would join our ASGHI Discussion Forum. Here!,  they all interact with one another, discussing about their mental health issues and even providing testimonies within each other. Mrs Salamat and Mary can now feel rest assured about their mental health issues with confidence in themselves. 

Through ASGHI Social Support Program, Mrs Salamat could receive a reminder about what needs to be done, receive guidance, listen to music while exercising and even sharing her painting and culture at ASGHI Online Discussion Forum.  

Mrs Salamat could also network with ASGHI affiliate partners through the ASGHI Network for accurate diagnosis.

Mrs Salamat who is suffering from Alzheimer's Disease receive a 27/4 direct counselling from an ASGHI Mentor and with the ASGHI Social Support Program, she recieve a reminder on her phone (ALARM) on what needs to be done and even tips on how to improve herself through Art & Cultures. 

In the ASGHI Discussion Forum,  She meet other fellow whom she interacts with, share opinions, pictures, music and videos with one another. 

Through the ASGHI Network, she could see profile of ASGHI Afflitate Partners, she cross check the organization best fit for her diagnosis then get in touch with them.   

ASGHI THEORY OF CHANGE. 

1. ASGHI Social Support Program: Registered patients receive tips on how to manage their health condition through Art and Culture and an alert reminder. 
2. ASGHI Network: Patients network with affiliate partners listed on our network, crosschecking a patient profile and and organization profile for appropriate diagnosis.
3. ASGHI Online Discussion Forum: Registered Patients chat and share issues in the Discussion Forum, ranging from past experience, personal solutions and testimonies. They share pictures, music and videos with one another in the forum. 
4. ASGHI Mentor: A 24/7 Online attendant for patients.

ASGHI's Uniqueness.

Registered Patients get access to an Online ASGHI Mentor through a (One - on - One) Discussion 24/7. 

Patients crosscheck their profile with the profile of our affiliate partners, connect with them for accurate diagnosis through ASGHI Network. 

Patients are given the opportunity to engage in a Non-Medical Activities ranging from dancing, painting, listening to Music trough the ASGHI Social Support Program  and they also get notified when they forget what to do!. 

They share their progress with other ASGHI Patient through the ASGHI Discussion Forum. 

ASGHI App aim to be human centered from start to finish.

Looking at the diagram above. Mrs Sarah who is struggling with Alzheimer's Disease  downloaded ASGHI, She got access to a mentor, meet other patients like her, get notified on what she might forget, got engaged in Art and Culture activities and share her progress on the ASGHI Discussion Forum. 

ASGHI would be  available online on the ASGHI official website and Play Store. 

The app would work on any smart phone and would be easily operated by the people without any difficulty. People pay a fee of $50 with no additional cost annually.

However, all patient are expected to use the app within the first "2 month" of download without any subscription.

We do aim to sustain our self through the annual subscription payment from patients and caregiver who have downloaded our App. Alongside partnerships and grants given to us from Business Expert and Partners.

Funds: Inadequate finance could limit our way from producing the best quality app toward this solution.
