Local and international volunteers (labor) works participation and international  ,medical professional,civil engineers, building architects ,Construction management, electricians ,plumbers ,welders and carpenters and the other technician (professional) voluntary works  will contribute to enable building ,minimize expenses and the management will set a strategic low medical services cost and system to generate income for the health center which will help having community self-sustainability at scale to launch new projects development.
