The problem of urban mobility has grown at increasingly burdensome levels for the population of cities. We follow daily reports on: the enormous traffic jams, the lack of efficient and quality public transport, the disregard for traffic rules, accidents and unnecessary deaths. Not all problems can be solved only by improving traffic education; some require high investments, such as the expansion and duplication of roads, the construction of viaducts and bridges, and to meet the growing demand for vehicles.
But we have another solution, which does not require a million dollar investment or changes in the streets, we offer our community a system that uses artificial intelligence to visualize the traffic in the streets and has the ability to contain possible bottlenecks. With this, affecting millions of people around the world who depend on transportation to reach their destination and who suffer daily from the problems of urban mobility.
We already see how routine of the citizens of the great cities of the world to face long congestions in the traffic, whether using a private or collective vehicle, thus losing hours in their daily displacement. As an example, our city of São Paulo gets to register traffic jams of more than 200 kilometers of vehicles stopped, harming thousands of people every day who end up spending more time on the road than actually going the planned route.
The factors that contribute to chaotic transits are mainly lack of education in transit
It is well known that traffic is a global problem that is present in all communities. With this, the company Global Traffic Scorecard studied the congestion of several destinations and ranked the ones with more traffic. Moscow, just like in 2017, leads the ranking. In the Russian capital, drivers get to spend 210 hours in car rallies. Secondly, there is Istanbul.

It is a traffic control system that visualizes and understands the traffic of the road and that uses artificial intelligence to identify possible occurrence of bottling, starting from patterns seen later.

The problem is that densely close cars become "highly correlated", that is, they move together. This creates a feedback mechanism in which a small disturbance - a single driver braking unexpectedly will send small undulations of slowness across the whole chain of cars behind him.
From this problem we created the Transit Viewer System, which observes these perturbations and the speed of the vehicles correlated to the course of the route and it is considered necessary or not the traffic light closing so that the traffic is normalized.
Three algorithms of artificial intelligence are applied to the traffic light system, in order to make it adaptive, and thus allow an improvement of the flow of vehicles through a system that does not need a centralized control.
