Boano Environmental Service

Boano Environmental Service is a social enterprise established to address the challenges of post-consumer paper and plastic pollution, waste management, deforestation and climate change in collecting plastic and paper waste for recycling industries. Our operations involve sourcing and purchasing mostly used paper and plastic waste products such as plastic bottles, old books, shredded papers, graphic and gallons etc. from domestic places, commercial sites and individuals.

Currently serving close to 25 Mini Shops with the hope of serving 100 shops with a collection of Two tons a days .Also with a set target of 30 tons a week and on average 100 tons a month.

• Secure a sizeable revolving fund for procurement, collection and transportation of materials from commercial areas.
• Procurement and installation of 2 medium sized baler machines.
• Secure a storage space within the business district of Accra
• Secure a structure for office, stores and changing rooms
• Bulk procurement of PPEs and other protective consumables
• Train and maintain minimum skilled staff and labor
