The team leader plays an important role in strategic planning, coordination, and execution of all activities. Her main task is to ensure effective compliance with the organization's objectives. Additionally, she serves as a crucial link between all stakeholders, including children, staff, parents, and the community at large, ensuring smooth communication and strong collaboration at all levels. Her commitment as an indigenous woman to the fundamental values of equity and interculturality guides the transformation of lives in rural communities through education and culture identity.
Of course, All - Club de Lenguas as many ONGs requires help to improve in many aspects, one of them is: The importance to make a Reading of Reality looking for the impact of the program. Those outcomes support the modification to improve this one. According to our academic studies we developed a research based on Participatory Action Research through the dialogue with children, their parents, community and volunteers. Almost, as an equip we consider necessary the research of achievements and impact of any kind of program and more if this is dedicated to improve important skills in indigenous children from rural communities enhancing their cultural identity.
Aruskipañäni enhances communication, technical and soft skills in Primary indigenous children from Santiago de Huata and communities during 2 months.
Our solution aims to fix a big problem: the unfairness and lack of good schooling in rural places, like in Santiago de Huata. In these areas, schools don't have enough things like equipped classrooms, actual books and others. Because of this, indigenous childre don't get a good education. Families in these places have a hard time with money and basic needs like healthcare and food. Sometimes, they can't go to school because they're sick or have to help at home, those things are a limit but also an opportunity to change and improve from areas that are not close to the city. With all of this, the acculturization is present from children to teenagers because of lack of opprtunities in this areas.
Children in rural areas miss out on learning important skills, like how to talk well Aymara, English, use technology, or work with others. They don't have chances to get extra help outside of school and sometimes, students from different cultures or backgrounds feel left out at school. They might not understand the language or feel like they don't belong. Our plan is to make things better by helping indigenous children in Santiago de Huata learn new skills and feel more confident with their learning process. We want to give them the same chances as other students to do well in school and in life using the Aymara and English Languages as catalysts.
Our plan is to make learning comfortable and easy for children who live far away from big cities, like in Santiago de Huata. We're going to create special places called "Aru thakhi" (Language way) right in their own schools in communities. We're going to have teachers who love teaching and can make learning really fun, most of them are studying in Teachers Training Colleges (Escuelas Superiores de Formación de Maestras y Maestros).
They will get to do awesome projects that they're interested in, like planting gardens or building cool stuff. These projects will help them learn new things while having a blast with their friends (communication-technical-soft skills). We're also going to team up with folks in the community to offer fun things to practice Aymara language with the community. This way, students can learn even more and meet new opportunities to keep studying sharing cultural customs. Our big goal is to make sure every child in Santiago de Huata gets a top-notch education and has a ton of fun.

We used Formative Research, so far, our organization has done two studies to see if our idea really helps kids in rural areas. We mainly used simple research methods to get feedback from people involved in our programs. One thing we did was watch how kids used the spaces to see if they were easy to use and helpful. We also looked into whether our idea could actually work in different places by doing some tests.
We talked to lots of different people, like teachers, parents, and children themselves, to hear what they thought about our program. This helped us understand if our programs were making a difference in lives and if they were working well in their communities. In addition, we started looking at how we're putting our programs into action to see if there are any problems we need to fix. Overall, these studies have been really helpful in making our idea even better. We want to keep learning and improving so we can help as many kids as possible in rural areas get a great education.
The information we gathered from our research and studies has shown us about how well our idea works and what we can do to make it better. One thing we found out is that children really like our Aru thakhi space. They find them fun and interesting, and they're learning more because of them. Teachers and parents have also noticed that they are more excited about learning languages to share culture and learn technical topics.
Talking to different people in the community helped us see the positive impact our program is having. They told us that our programs are helping kids who might have fallen behind catch up and feel more included. This feedback has encouraged us to keep going and find ways to reach even more children in rural areas. We also learned about some challenges we need to overcome, like getting resources to places that are hard to reach. This has made us think about new ways we can deliver our programs and work with others to make sure every kid can benefit.
Strengthening our solution's evidence base is crucial as we start a pilot program. It helps us understand and address the needs of our community better. By gathering data and doing research, we will make our program appropriate and effective. Sharing what we learn with other communities facing similar challenges is important too. It helps them improve their programs and builds a stronger community. Starting with good evidence also makes it easier to get funding and support for future projects. In short, having strong evidence helps us make a bigger impact and ensures our program can grow and help more people in the long run. Indigenous children deserve the change and research, even that, as an NGO we are working to improve these aspects in this pilot one.
- How does our program make school better for children in rural communities?
- What makes the program work well, and how can we make it help more children?
- How can we get more families and communities involved in our program to make it even better?
- Formative research (e.g. usability studies; feasibility studies; case studies; user interviews; implementation studies; process evaluations; pre-post or multi-measure research; correlational studies)
- Summative research (e.g. impact evaluations; correlational studies; quasi-experimental studies; randomized control studies)
We expect to glean innovative ideas and fresh perspectives from our collaborators. Also to look forward to effective and practical solutions that address challenges meaningfully so we can get measurable and positive impacts on our programs and communities. To finish, we aim to establish lasting collaborative relationships that will continue to benefit our initiatives in the future.
Of course, put in practice each of them to get better this and more programs so the ONG could provide quality education to indigenous children from rual communities. Hope this process allows us to knkow peoople who could give as feedback and tips to work on nonprofit organizations and their sustentability that is something that we are working on. Of course, we will give reports about the before and after with research documents applying what we learn in this SOLVE solution.
We consider that the ONG will work as the main one in research based in evidence of each program, and this documents will be shared and socialized with the community: parents, children, authorities and volunteers. From this expirience we will offer some seminar experiences to get some funds to continue with these programs. Research in paers will be plasmed as a lifechanging project academically and with interpresonal relationships based on communication, technical and soft skills,
