To help young people and youth improve their potentials through education, community service and service learning projects.

He is the CEO, Founder of the organization. He play key role in the organization including planning, implementing, directing and controlling as well as financing.

The team including CEO, Founder who is the managing director  with financial manager and supervisor who work direct under the managing director also volunteers they all work for 4 hours depending on the nature of work.  

SIE(Siaka innovation education) is innovation education program dedicated to young people and youth to improve their educational skills such as reading, writing, speaking and listening.

Millions of school students cannot read at grade six. It is apparent that many finish grade six without able to read or write simple sentence of their own. Why this happened? Because students a group according to age rather than level. This affect their educational skills and academic performance.

Siaka innovation education program(SIE) aim to promote quality education in the Gambia to improve educational skills for school students. Siaka help school students to improve their educational skills through teaching learning level, mentorship, training, community service and service learning projects.

So far we have conducted foundational research through google search and literature. So far more than 500 impacted in their communities including schools and local communities. Teaching learning level is evidence base funded in India and is replicated in many countries.

We have find out that many students who undertake the program improve academically. Increase participation of young people and youth in community service. increase self confident and self esteem.

 Due to lack of resources and financial support. I personally took the responsibility to support school students in my local communities including school, where i volunteer as a teacher. I have been helping school students in their community without funds from government, NGO, individuals as well private. I have been the financial supporter of this project for over five years. So far i have help more than 1000 school students and evidence are collected in video, pictures form for the future

Classroom design is an integral part of Teaching & Learning, with research suggesting that it can influence student engagement, motivation and collaboration. In fact, one study found that classroom design could improve learning progress by up to 16%

Will build schools and training centers for students 

A sub-committee comprised of parents and guardians, teachers, students, and coalition members will be responsible for maintaining the school

Communication about the action step. The school principal and leadership of the Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) should be given information about this planned change.

The desire out come is to improve educational skills of school students in their communities. Sie is an innovation that focus on education skills of young people in their communities.
