Teach children to take advantage of time to achieve success sooner by becoming leaders.
Having realized that our traditional education in schools and communities does not provide all the tools for the lives of students, children and young people in the community, we decided to create TTT, an Association with a Mentoring program aimed at young people and women with a leadership spirit. , with the aim of empowering and transforming the mentality of this and the next generation, betting on the power of soft skills for success.
Therefore, our focus is to transmit the message to our segment, with a focus on children, about the power of soft skills for personal and professional development and thus achieve success sooner and in a sustainable and balanced way.
Our solution works by maintaining interactive, fun and exciting conversations with children about career guidance and how they can make better use of their time to work on their Personal and Professional Development and achieve success sooner, in a sustainable and balanced way. For conversations to be successful, we address topics that children already know, allowing them to vent and be themselves and open up to receive our teachings and tools made available by the TTT team for a collaborative environment.

- Level 1: You can describe what you do and why it matters, logically, coherently and convincingly.
Formative research is the means by which we have used to ascertain the effectiveness of our mindset transformation program, based on soft skills
With the data collected, we were able to investigate points for improving the way we provide our training, as well as the information to be encompassed, considered crucial, as learning. We were also able to understand the level of efficiency of our program, as well as the role it plays in developing skills and changing behaviors. We were also able to understand the extent to which we have become a channel of inspiration and reference for the participants of our sessions, allowing them to surpass your limits and achieve your desires or dreams.
Our organization's commitment, even though we are non-profit, focuses on providing soft skills training for children, teenagers and young people. Therefore, we recognize the crucial importance of financing to ensure the success of these initiatives, from logistics to food for participants. Additionally, seeking partnerships and support is essential to expanding our impact and advancing our cause. Through LEAP, we can create networks and connect with people and organizations that share our values and are willing to collaborate with us on this journey. Together, we can make the vision of a generation more capable and prepared to face the challenges of the future a reality.
How to guarantee continuous funding for training, considering that each session requires financial resources for logistics, materials and food for participants?
How to actively involve and engage parents, guardians and members of the local community in supporting and participating in training?
How to ensure that the initiative is relevant and meets the needs of the community?
- Formative research (e.g. usability studies; feasibility studies; case studies; user interviews; implementation studies; process evaluations; pre-post or multi-measure research; correlational studies)
Over a 12-week period, we expect the aid project to bring a series of improvements and tangible results to our initiative. During this time, we plan to strengthen our operational and financial capacity by implementing improvements to internal processes and resource management. We also aim to expand our reach by identifying and establishing strategic partnerships with other organizations and communities. At the same time, we will be focused on improving our practices and approaches, incorporating learnings and best practices to ensure more effective and impactful service delivery. At the end of the 12 weeks, we hope to have gained greater recognition and visibility for our work, consolidating our role as a reliable source of support and positive transformation in the community and sector in which we operate.
After training to put what we have learned into practice, we will begin by reflecting on the concepts, skills and insights acquired.
Identify how these learnings can be applied in the community, this time, develop a clear and specific action plan to implement what has been learned.
Establish realistic and measurable goals for the application of learning, determining what you want to achieve when putting into practice the new skills or knowledge acquired. We commit to regularly practicing the skills or concepts learned, setting aside dedicated time in the organization's routine for their implementation.
Periodically take time to review our progress and evaluate the impact of applying learning on the community and organization and Identify areas that can be improved and adjust the action plan as necessary to continue evolving and growing.
We hope that the aid project will bring positive and significant results to our initiative. This includes strengthening our operational, administrative and financial capacity, enabling us to offer better services and reach more people effectively. Additionally, we hope to expand our reach and impact by serving broader communities and developing strategic partnerships that expand our network of support and resources. By incorporating learnings, best practices and innovations, we hope to improve our approaches and ensure increased recognition and visibility for our work and positive impact on the community and industry.
