IM measures holistic well-being (which both includes and goes beyond performance grade). It has both eudaimonic and hedonic factors, including spiritual and psychological considerations, with attention to trauma.

We believe that the future of assessments would tell complete and correct stories of student flourishing by measuring performance quality of both experiences and outcomes. The goal of assessment would be to intervene and empower a student.
Our custom built frameworks are created specifically for use with children and adolescents in a school context. Our subject of focus is math.

Our solution addresses the fact that current research relies both heavily on adult-based research frameworks and completely on self-reporting, which research shows is problematic.

Report on solving uncertainty-based anxiety and resisting trauma
The main goal is to provide authentic continuous individualistic assessment. Also, we have a bi-directional information flow that uses grounded theory principles of co-creating meaning.
Also, we would consider existing solutions such as IBM’s AI Fairness 360 that are open source toolkits to track and correct bias
We have all the pieces needed to build and test run the model.
