At first, I was just writing a Transmedia world peace movie script for a grade, in film school. However "ARE YOU HAPPY" over years of diligent development and accolades' bearing straight A's, it has become much more than just a script or another Hollywood venture concept!

FIRST PHASE ADDRESSES:  The global entertainment industry hubris billion-dollar unsustainable yearly windfalls, yet fails to equitably share the wealth with even their own artisans who make & contribute to their success while the employees, cast and crews struggle.

I realized early the complexity and epic ambition such a venture would require, ever since I started developing it May 5-31-16, day one; LAFS BFA in Producing Introduction to Transmedia; a highly controversial concept of collage course teachings. For one fact, it's hard enough to teach a film student to make a 55 million dollar movie. 

However, a Transmedia teaches to writer to produce an epic trillion dollar Transmedia franchise. After my LAFS Graduating was canceled ! Day One LA's Covid lock downs 3-17-20. NO WORK but I was still overjoyed to receive my diploma, Suma Cum Laude, Honor Society 3.96 GPA, a 40yrs dream come true, but then could not shake it off.

I received straight A's on every paper I submitted on R U ^_^" the concept. But so complex was the divide between Story World & Business Model, I started the writing a double-sided book to help separate reality model; from fiction epic story ready now for final edits.

Virtually all Indigenous communities and Native American populations stand to experience significant and meaningful improvements in their community employments, engagement even profit shares through our R U ^_^" initiatives & productions. 

Similarly, when blockbuster entertainment epics represent marginalized communities they do it right garnering positive attention, branding, funding, and long-term economic benefits.

Navajo Nation: The Navajo Nation is one of the largest and well-known American Indian tribes in the United States. 

Sioux Tribes: The Sioux tribes, including the Lakota, Dakota, and Nakota.

Iroquois Confederacy: The Iroquois Confederacy, also known as the Haudenosaunee, is a historic alliance of Native American tribes.

 The Choctaw Nation was the ingenious American people represented in the movie "Killers of the Flower Moon". One of the tribes that were forcibly relocated on the Trail of Tears in the 1830s.

I chuckle because my list includes every idea I have had since starting R U ^_^" and am very cognitive of the fact a few ideas, I have are "mark my wards, will be a thing someday", just not in my lifetime. Or is It? Technology is advancing so fast, maybe I can be here the next 20 years, giving me the opportunity to be a part of building the first Moon Mars Motorcycles ( M&M Motorcycle ;)  

Did you know Leonardo Da Vinci was Dyslexic when he started drawing and writing every single idea he had, waking in the middle of the night he wrought it down, many ideas he new would not even come to reality in his life time, such as the helicopter. But he still put everything to paper.  He was Dyslexic like me?

And is my inspiration to not dwell on my hardships and handicaps but indeed count my blessings for as long as I still have life & breath I vowel to help other just like me and very different then me all are welcomed.

I feel much more comfortable behind the camera, shy in front but can not deny I  have a big bold NDN SPIRIT and 100's of great stories, in real life and have been professionally preparing all my life for this moment with premium skill both in Innovations and entertainment. Like it or not I am a perfect poster child & founder director for The ARE YOU HAPPY Transmedia cooperative studio & Native NDN social movement perfect @ 61 with a vast wealth of knowledge and experience from military Special Forces to Hollywood Makeup on and with Brad Pitt 29 photo shoot sessions... experienced in numerous pro level premium production skills and design. My native American indigenous is without question on my Father’s side Latino Mexican American 5 – 6 generations family grave site Amphion Cemetery was established 1870/154yrs.  

Genetics test affirmed that assumption however, sadly on my Mother’s side, all Native American Indian indigenous records and heritage have been wiped from history. My Mother says her mom would never talk about her time in an Indian boarding schools.

I was raised in strict parochial christen schools, as a child feeling like I never quite fit in, there with Mexicans or white kids because, I never learned fluent Spanish and got bullied for it a lot my the Mexican kids and dads way of fitting in with white people for clearly capitalistic wealth and power  reasons also didn't seem right.

"I didn't know", at the time I had dyslexia, however was always sincerely trying 3 times hard than the next kid, year after year seemed even harder to keep up.

However when I started reading to the best of my abilities about Native American Indian history, culture, music, philosophy’s I started feeling whole, even spiritually in balance with my two wolves always fighting till them.
I felt a deep connection the wise ways and felt at home. By the time I started Film School I knew, I wanted to tale inspirational NDN Story’s with a great day-one dream I had, where a NDN Prophecy sings of World Peace while simultaneously fighting clowns on motorcycles, funny approach about a serious subject, So it became my light-hearted high-concept approach to the Laughing Baby Prophecy and the name; ARE YOU HAPPY was born perfect for especially a to the point question but spelled out phonetically like;                                                            R U ^_^”     

The number one factor to any and all success is timing! Whether by a millisecond or just not your year, the timing of a concept or business is critical. The moon and luck with skill and tenacity are what win the day. But timing is literally everything to success. I graduated top of my class Honor Society, Suma Cum Lude 3.96GPA perfect attendance then my father passed during Covid & I was diagnosed dyslexic but could not shake it off, ever since then been writing the R U ^_^" BOOK.

I must humbly confess the leadership team now is just me all alone with breams of grandeur and a plan to make it happen. I look forward to the time we start the team recruitment search for a diverse, equitable and inclusive group of artist and professionals so talented and honorable artist even better, smarter and inspiration to me. Good people I can never doubt their advice and guidance, confident to challenge me telling me when I am wrong, with constructive critics and likewise hear me out for healthy debating, vetting and letting the best of ideas rising to the top.   

However I do wont if in the end all our collective agree as a rule of thumb in stone; All Directors hear forth after me are to be Woman Directors.  All board of directors of AVP / AVI will be all woman given authority to nominate woman or man to sit in their place during interim times of management or specials project goals where the best person is nominated.  Priority one recruitment task will ensure that our team is diverse, minimizing barriers to opportunity for all staff providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all team members.
