To date, we have built and tested our tech education platform, which has garnered over 2,000 users and serves close to 100 daily active users. While our daily user count may currently be lower due to ongoing course creation by our instructors, we have already uploaded several courses to the platform, offering valuable content to our growing user base.

Our achievements extend beyond user acquisition. We successfully applied and were accepted into the Microsoft Founders Hub, gaining access to $150k in Azure credits and numerous other benefits. Additionally, our collaboration with the Nigerian Computing Society has enabled us to pitch our solution and win a cash prize, further validating our impact and potential within the tech education space.

In terms of funding, we have raised close to $32k from family and friends, providing essential capital to support our growth and development efforts thus far. This financial support has enabled us to expand our team, enhance our platform features, and invest in strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives to reach more users.

Furthermore, we are actively working on building our proprietary AI technology, Julieth AI LLM, leveraging OpenAI's GPT-4 API. This advanced technology will further enhance the personalized learning experience for our users, driving engagement and success rates on our platform.

We have 3 different business models: 

Business to Customers: We provide Julieth AI to customers in Nigeria, West Africa and Africa at large for as low as $10 monthly. While the users in the United States pay $20 monthly, this is because of the cost involved in getting the instructors to work with us. (subscription price is likely to change as we grow)

Business to Government: We deal with state governments and the federal government to sponsor citizens of their states to skill up and become self sustainable. 

Business to Corporate: We target corporate businesses to use Julieth as their corporate social responsibility program. 

Business to Business (Educational Institutions): We target universities, polytechnics and colleges of education to use Julieth as their go to platform to give access to their students to learn a tech skill. 

After conducting extensive market research and garnering interest from universities, various user groups, and agencies, our plan to achieve financial sustainability involves a multi-faceted approach that includes revenue generation from subscription services, strategic partnerships, and fundraising efforts.

Firstly, we will launch our subscription service with a monthly fee of $10 for Africa and $20 for the international market. This subscription model will provide users with access to premium content, personalized learning experiences, and exclusive features, ensuring a steady stream of revenue to support our operations and growth.

In addition to subscription fees, we are actively seeking strategic partnerships with educational institutions, industry leaders, and technology companies to expand our reach and revenue opportunities. These partnerships may involve joint ventures, co-branded initiatives, or revenue-sharing agreements that leverage our platform's capabilities and expertise to deliver value to both parties.

Furthermore, we are exploring opportunities for fundraising through grants, investment capital, and crowdfunding campaigns to fuel our expansion and innovation efforts. We have already secured funds from a series of sources, we won a cash price from the Nigerian Computer Society NCS, we also secured funds from our family and friends round, which have provided crucial funding to support our development and initial launch phases.

Additionally, our revenue-generating initiatives have shown promising results to date. We have successfully piloted our subscription service with a select group of users, generating positive feedback and interest in our offerings. Our strategic partnerships with universities and industry partners have also yielded promising opportunities for collaboration and revenue generation.
