The organization was oficially founded in 2023. But the project was already happening in 2020 and it was working out well. So in 2023 it was time to expand the team and actually try to make a bigger change and get in contact with more schools.
Ensuring diversity, equity, and inclusion within our team is essential to our mission and values. While we currently have a team that is predominantly of similar age, primarily to effectively connect with our target audience, which is youth, we recognize the value of incorporating individuals from different age groups to enrich our perspectives and insights.
