The system of learning in Tanzania is more theoretical than practical because there is inadequate learning tools and Technology to prepare the youth thrive toward their goals in this technological changing world.
In morogora rural area, marginalized youth face significant barriers to accessing learning materials and there is limited access to digital learning program. Therefore introducing digital crafts learning solves the problem.
Our solution is Youth Digital Crafts, A program designed to train youth digital craft skills such as to develop and use digital products, computer application, mobile application for simple works and professional tasks, graphics design and on how to find and use information on internet which are necessary to thrive in today's digital world. our approach includes a dynamic combination of interactive workshops held at local centers, engaging online classes, computer labs and phone application.
Our training model is inclusive; we aim to train 500 youth, in which 100 of them are disabled aged 13-24 years old. The marginalized youth in Morogoro rural district who lack access to digital skills and technology. They often come from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, facing barriers such as limited funds, inadequate infrastructure and socioeconomic disparities.
By leveraging digital crafting, we overcome learning system barriers to education and provide youth with access to high quality digital craft skills training. Our programs cover a wide range of topics such as computer application, mobile application internet usage, software applications development, graphics design, and digital entrepreneurship.
The impact of our solution on the life of marginalized youth is large since it increase critical thinking , innovative, improve communication skills hence to develop economically, social wellbeing.
Our teams is able to deliver the solution because we are well equitable and have experience in digital craft skills, we have being working on such practices for a 3 years now. Through digital crafts skills we have been dealing with application development, graphics designing, website development and digital entrepreneurship the successful we have obtained encourages us that we are able to help other youth to be independent. In addition to that Our team is positioned to deliver this solution because we have deep connections to the communities we serve and a thorough understanding of their needs and challenges. As individuals who have grown up in rural areas ourselves, we intimately understand the realities faces the marginalized youth in the community.

Our solution is currently in the prototype stage. We have developed an initial working version of our technology training program for marginalized youth in rural areas and are in the process of gathering feedback and testing with users through pilot implementations. While we have made progress, we have started working with students and providing with learning materials and assistance for disabled youth in morogoro Rural areas supported by Hospital sister’s mission outreach Springfield ILI USA.

Our solution is innovative because we teach youth digital crafting skills which is not in Tanzania learning curriculum particular in rural areas. The impact of these skills to the youth will have multiple results to communities as the beneficiaries’ success and become ambassadors in different leadership position in the country hence change the poor learning system.
Our solution directly addresses the digital gap among marginalized rural youth by providing digital crafts skills training programs. By implementing digital craft skills with will enable youth to prosper socially and economically as it improve innovation skills, critical thinking collaboration and communication skills. This results in immediate outputs such as increased access to digital literacy and enhanced employment opportunities. Over time, these outputs lead to longer-term outcomes, including socioeconomic empowerment, reduced poverty, and greater community resilience. Our approach is supported by evidence from pilot programs, feedback from participants, and alignment with best practices in digital inclusion and education, ensuring a tangible and sustainable impact on the target population
Our impact goals include increasing digital literacy, enhancing employability, and fostering socioeconomic empowerment among marginalized rural youth. We measure progress through indicators such as participant numbers, pre- and post-assessments of digital literacy, employment outcomes, income levels, and participant feedback. This data enables us to track our impact and identify areas for improvement, ensuring transparency and accountability in our efforts to transform the lives of marginalized youth

We generate revenue through a combination of grants, partnerships with government agencies and NGOs, and fee-for-service models, ensuring sustainability while maximizing social impact.

Additionally, we are exploring opportunities to generate revenue through fee-for-service models and strategic partnerships with government agencies and private sector organizations. These diversified revenue streams ensure the long-term viability of our work while maximizing our impact on the communities we serve.
