The solution connected with Companies and the consumers behaviors. It based on changing the waste management laws, that will affect on companies and consumers.

Creation Green products:How can switching the behavior of responsible of companies to make green products.
2.Consumer prospective :
Consume products:How can switching people behavior to consume product that renewable, repairable, reusable, and recyclable.
Solution phase 1:
It requires to establish big database. it contains and defines the product and its materials at the local or international level. The second step is to implement a new waste -Tax price law.
Increase the volumes of the waste globally.
- Switching and fix the Wrong consumption of products.
- Creation new product: How can switching the behavior of responsible of companies to make green products.
- Implementing Waste code and waste Tax price.
Other solutions are not root solutions, it deals with the waste problem after it occurred or happened. it might be successful and might not.
Waste Optimization System(WOS) deals with the waste before it occurs. it deals with the main drivers of the waste and its sources the manufacturer and the consumers and does not forget the environment right like other solutions.
Because waste issue divided to 3 parties producer and consumer and the environment. The Waste Tax price it returns to the Environment. It is right of the Environment on us. And the representatives of the Environments are the governments and the Minstries of environments.

Governments are looking for solutions that reduce waste and with low cost. Most of developing countries they don't have even good law to protect the environment, it is just public laws not waste management system.

companies must adapt new solutions and provide new product that are eco-friendly to the environment otherwise wi lose its brand with time.
Munciplities:
They are the responsible in most of cases to collect the waste directly. It has not enough tools and equipments to do their job. So, on some countries they made some contract with private companies to collect the waste beside or instead of Munciplities.
Population:
High Consuming level and products containing high waste materials. Also, They are suffering from waste around them everywhere. Many cases of babies dying case of polution, it has many pictures but the waste is obvoiuse case throw it water or sides of streets or burn it in open areas... Etc.

1.Waste-Code: Identify, calculate the price based on the how the material harmful to the environment.
2.Waste-Tax price : implement tax price based on the materials on the products based on the cost of how much and long does it take to recycle or disposal it.
In addition the increasing the population makes the other solutions weak with time. so, it requires root solution that derives form good understanding the cases and moves and counter moves.
My solution divided for two parts:

It is completing each other. Waste code solution requires big database to identify and distinguish between harmful and friendly products. It based on the materials and some waste consume much effort, money, energy to disposal it than another.
These type of waste materials that consume much than another waste. It must to ask the manufacture to hold part of responsibility of disposal it.
The waste Tax price:
It will add based on the outputs of the database of Waste-Code system. It will implement on the manufacture Add Tax price based on how is the product From waste prospective.

Optimization waste system: it is initiative because it deals with the waste before it becomes waste. It is tracking the product during manufacturing cycle till it arrives to the consumers. It is forcing the companies using the laws and regulations to use green materials in production process. In another side, the product that consider less Eco-friendly will switching consumers toward alternative green products.
It is really important to governments because it makes the waste management system stand alone and has its budget to tackle waste problems in different states or cities. It is not a part of system that requires funds from time to time in order to work.
To do so, it must identifying the products in the market for levels. These levels based on how are harmful to the environment? the government has to force the laws to implement the Waste-Tax price on the producers because their product really harmful.
Other solutions it deals with waste problem after it happens. It is trying to mitigate the problem in another meaning but it is not root solution. It does not deal with the whole involved parties of the problem.
Also, the other existed solutions have been made for specific countries and under specific conditions.
Waste Optimization system is suitable for any political system and at anytime and it is root solution that deals with all parties that involved in waste. Every part will hold responsibilities of the waste based on its own share/shares.
The core of the solution is making waste management system that fit to any polical system and at any time. So, it is just modifications on Laws and regulations. It will generate money to the governments, to make a budget for waste system.

It should be forcing by the united nation. let the local governments used the database that they will receive it and then implement the laws.
Add Waste-Tax will be based on the situation and current price of the product and the cost of disposal the waste. It will require consultations.
Hopefully, it implement at global level. But the most important to implement it on steps to avoid any consequences:
suggested to start with
- Starting with the developed counties.
- Then developing countries.
It is easier to implement it on some countries to become as an example. To define which country I think the most or the highest generated waste country per capita or with the highest waste generated country in the world.
It should implement it slowly to avoid and economic recession.

We can come over these barriers by implementing the laws on the countries that has the highest waste generation per capita or in general(need study which is favorable) . it is the priority to start with it what ever it is developed or developing countries.
Implementing the law internationally, it requires rehearsal and informing the companies and people before it. Social media works well to solve these issue. it must let them contribute in solving the waste issue and let them knows how it affect all of us. Implementations must come from the United nations to the governments, Emissions, big issues must forced from the united nations to let the lazy governments working and private sectors working to get rewards in contributions.
Recession is a big issue: it requires a good time and implement it slowly on specific counties and measure the situations.

The UN could have a big impact if it establishes a big database to which all of the country representative have access and ability to use it. In this case, it is not profitable for UN.
2. Independent Foundation:
It is profitable because it will provide a service. The developing countries are looking for these services. Moreover, it will assess the local market, in addition to analysis and consultations...etc
3. Legal and regulations:
It is possible to implement it as environmental protection laws.
It would require establishing a big database to estimate how much Waste-Tax will be collected. This system makes the environmental protection system or waste management system have its own budget and makes it able to solve waste problems.
