Positive for humanity: reduce waste on landfills and oceans, means for humanity, reduce energy, carbon footprint, climate change. Our world need to circular economy versus current lineal model.
After an analysis of the market, we have detected that if there are competitors that with a certain degree can cover part of our solution, but we have not known any type of solution that cover an end-to-end as we have focused on.
- 1 million plastic bottles / minute < 50% are collected for recycling
- 1 Garbage garbage truck / second to landfill or incinerated
- E-waste Kg=125K jumbo jets in weight / year and it does not stop growing
- 1.3K millions of tons / year it's food waste
These figures, far from diminishing, do not stop growing.... So it's a big challenges for our humanity.
Different solutions, are working to fix this problems, it is a big problem, but results are poor, depending of each country.
Problem it is a global challenge any place. Sure it is true, that it is increasing in the big cities our townhalls.
So our strategy it's focus on smart cities, people and infrastructure are more ready to change their behaviors of this type of solutions.
Also, for us it is so important start focus also on the new generations, we have developed a education line for the schools, to train on this new behaviors.
greenYng platform its a technology platform for present and future. Idea its apply the last technologies used on sell and consume to collecting and reprocess. On first stage, taking the best of the current models typical waste management infrastructure + deposit return scheme + door - to - door, and in the future combine with autonomous collectors, drones, same as Amazon is planning to do delivery.
Current first stage it is call: SMART CONTAINERS, greenYng platform combine containers + gaming techniques + technology + education
Second stage: SMART BUILDING, smart domestic containers will be part of the flats, so all these experience will be integrated
Third Stage: Collection start from SMART BUILDING, using Autonomous fleet collectors
During this roadmap, our solution will collect tones of information, so techniques of IA will be key point to understand behaviors and improve techniques of collection.

We are proposing a completely new innovating solution:
1. It is a solution think for global problem. There many solutions, around the world, but with a local approach, our solution take the best of the different approach and merge in a new solution, so we leverage current situation to another level, let me put one sample of each scenario:
a. Typical Spain scenario, we introduce to the current infrastructure technology for improve the sorting near to the citizen, adding gaming techniques and getting dates and services to the current players
b. For Norway's where deposit - return scheme has successful results, we extend the model to the new generation of smart containers on the street, people not need to go the commercial areas, also increase to any type of waste
c. For door - to - door, we offer a new domestic container (on the cloud or physical and in the future integrated to the furniture).
2. We combine 4 key variables, technologies like IoT, AI, sensors, mini boards, solar energy, big data, vision recognition, mobility, cloud platform, blockchain, AR, Mixed reality, autonomous cars, drones, permit to create new platforms to become reality this type of solutions. But technology it is not the only variable, for us citizens it is the key element of this formula, so we need to involve to a new collecting experiences, and we believe gaming it is the key. But this equation will be not complete if we are not considered education and current players.

Our platform it is developed based on the Microsoft technologies. We are using:
1. For devices, mini boards (windows 10 Iot Core services) with set of sensors, cameras, solar energy for outdoors containers, IoT and IoT edge
2. For mobile applications we are using cross platforms based on Xamarin.Forms, with maps and IoT techniques integrated, also we are integrating smart agents and our future plans it is extend the skills of Cortana, Siri, etc. to be the entry point for citizens (Cortana please could you tell me where I could recycle this item, and what it is the best place? Siri how it is my baggy?... Also, we are experiment with mixed reality, to monitoring in real time state of the containers.
3. We are using a using a server less platform, combining with IoT, AI, Big Data, all integrated and extended with a business platform like Dynamics 365 to manage case, accounts, and all the rich greenYng model
4. For us it is so important the customer services experience
5. All it is built with agile platform using VSTS for a continuous developing.
All this platform defined to be scalable in any part of the globe, taking the advantage of the different data centers location.

- 2021: increase rates: 70% improve, 175000 millions Kg

- In Spain it is a monopoly, highly regulate. Positive it is European rates and change of perception of the citizens
