The issue of poverty affecting education is prevalent in India, It is estimated that around 50% of children in India are not achieving minimum proficiency levels in reading and math, and approximately half of all children in the country are not completing primary education. This inequality is something that is out of their grasp and they should be given a fair opportunity to thrive in the community and due to their circumstances, they shouldn’t be held back. 

The privilege given to us when it comes to education may not extend to those in other parts of the world, the importance of the resources and how it could benefit other people is the main goal. To provide this the goal will be to be able to code an easy-to-use website that would have all the necessary information for kids to understand the basics of core subjects. Additionally, the way all kids learn would not be identical, and understanding and accommodating different types of learners would be another aim.

Kids living in India deserve better education and more opportunities because, despite the progress and resources available in developed countries, many children in India lack access to basic education. This disparity in educational opportunities can significantly hinder their ability to reach their full potential and contribute to a better future for themselves and their communities. It is essential to recognize that the circumstances of one's birth should not limit their access to quality education and growth opportunities.

My personal background, combined with the experiences of my team, positions us effectively to deliver this solution. As someone who hails from India and regularly returns to my home country, I have been deeply attuned to the challenges faced by children who lack access to education and struggle to secure basic necessities. Witnessing the daily struggles of children my age, who are often compelled to work due to limited access to education and financial constraints, has fueled my passion for addressing this pressing issue.

Moreover, my family history has provided me with firsthand insight into the transformative power of education. Hearing my grandfather's accounts of overcoming adversity through hard work and determination, despite facing barriers to education himself, has instilled in me a profound appreciation for the impact of learning opportunities. His story serves as a poignant reminder that not everyone is afforded the same privileges, and it has inspired my commitment to extending a helping hand to children who aspire to pursue their passions and create a better future for themselves and their families through education.

In addition to my personal experiences, I hope to grow a team who shares my ideals and understands the impact of the work that we can do and what this project aims to do.

We selected the concept stage for our comprehensive educational platform because we recognized the critical importance of laying a strong foundation for the initiative. Initially conceived as an idea, the project has since evolved into a well-defined business plan, with the development of the website already underway. The coding for the website has commenced, and concurrently, we are meticulously structuring the educational content into lesson plans. This strategic approach ensures that once the website is fully coded, the content can be promptly uploaded, expediting the platform's readiness to serve its intended purpose.

Furthermore, we are actively researching and identifying orphanages that can be potential partners in this endeavor. This meticulous groundwork is essential for establishing meaningful collaborations and tailoring the platform to the specific needs and circumstances of the orphanages and the children they serve. By carefully laying the groundwork at the concept stage, we are positioning the project for a successful and impactful implementation, ensuring that it will effectively address the educational needs of the children in orphanages, particularly in India.

By leveraging Solve's network and resources, the project aims to overcome obstacles related to funding, technology, legal compliance, cultural understanding, and market access, ultimately advancing its mission to support children in orphanages through quality education and a nurturing learning environment.

The product is completely free of charge, but it initially requires internet. However, the videos will be downloadable for offline viewing, so they can be accessed when needed, even if the internet is fluctuating. The information is explained in Hindi, as this isn't commonly found. Personally, we will go to each institution and discuss how the resource can be used to maximize output and how beneficial it could be to the students. It addresses different learners and accommodates all. Once the website is more established, there will be one-on-one lessons with teachers and students who want to volunteer. Additionally, more features and resources will be added to enhance the learning experience.
