The problem am trying to solve is applying a realistic approach in global
learning system and all round  equity for maximum global improvement in learning environment and equity inclusiveness.

The scale range from 0-100 percent globally.

People affected on estimation are 50 percent in community level and 70 percent of the world populace.

lack of using best learning practice  in the communities and
globally is making life difficult for some folks especially among
youths and impaired fellows.Because their engagement can bring about increase in academic performance and improved social-well-being of the global world.

First it analyze the origin and the cause of lack of using best learning practice  action in community and global improvement.Next in line is the solution to this menace.

It is holistic approach to community and global improvement through learning  action.

It uses hardware and software technology.

It is  centered in learning action usage and methodology for community and global learning improvement.

I intend to make the solution available to communities and global world.

We use knowledge based,hardware technology and software
technology.For maximum sensitization and orientation of the key
populace.

The targeted key population are mostly the rural communities,urban communities and the global world.

Both the rural and urban communities and the global world who are in need of using best  learning practices action for increase improvement and undeserved through lack of adequate and rightful use of best learning practice  action in improving their lives .I intend to reach out to them with my team to ensure that their needs are  adequately addressed.

We are doing everything within our jurisdiction to ensure the goal we set is attained.Serving humanity is our passion and mission with this I believe that my team are in right position to design and deliver this solution to the target populace.

First we approach those within our community as a case study finding out what their needs are and how to render a helping hand.Which will help us improve in the approach and solve method to other populace in other  communities and countries globally.

This way we ensure that our design and implementation solution are meaningfully guided by the communities’ input, ideas, and agendas.

We currently serving about 1000 pupils in the community level and want advanced globally in the nearest future.

To proffer solutions that will help abate the cause and effect of this menace.

The barriers  are lack of information dissemination, orientation,and nonchalant attitude by various key stakeholders to the key  populace.With solve linking me up to partners who will assist both financially and otherwise that will be a plus for the organization success.

The challenge triggers me in disseminating  right information's  to the people and with good orientation that can be of help to them at this stage.

What makes my solution innovative is that it includes past and current solution trend with enhanced methodology. I believe it will be a catalyst for future solution challenge in the nearest future.I believe it will enable positive broad impacts for the community and world improvement through best learning practice  action with right adoption and implementation.

I believe that anything worth having is worth working for that my basic theory. And I want it to go beyond theory to practical,that way the target populace will testify to that very fact and with their testimony and constructive criticism and accolades.We will know our weakness and strength and thereby looking for the way to overcome our loophole and enhance our strength.

I believe with this evaluation my team will be competent enough for the challenge.

My impact  goals is to ensure that this solution brings a result  oriented solution to the target populace and ensure that their improvement status are much better and glaring continuously yearly.

By ensuring  my team abides by our tenet of goals for communities and global world via the solution.

First I must say that Knowledge based technology is the bedrock followed by hardware technology and software technology.

We make equity and diversity inclusion our goal as all  gender, color,

religion, culture are welcomed, respected, supported, valued and
inclusive.

We provide them with information's dissemination , orientation, and

ensure the people already uninformed or misinformed are adequately
informed.
These ways the menace will be curbed and bring to the barest minimum within our jurisdiction and disposition.

We ask for donor agencies assistance, invest personal incomes and also

file for grants which we are anticipating to ensure the solution is not hampered with finances but not completely dependent on the outcome.As service subsidization is already in place by staffs who are capable in fostering the program by their personal investment and technical support.In ensuring we don't run out of finances for the success of the project as it had been running smoothly in the past four years as a testimony to that.
