The Attached2Achieve Journal of Adolescent Research
- United States
- Hybrid of for-profit and nonprofit
In an interconnected world, the Attached2Achieve Journal of Adolescent Research® intends to promote adolescent research existentially to enable the next generation's Generation Z (GenZ) (a) values, (b) milieu, and (c) expectations through Sartres's (Sartre, 1987) through Maslow's hierarchy of actualization (Maslow & Stephens, 2000), in the 21st global arena. On the contrary, given empirical evidence and per Manheim's theory of generations, research implies that GenZ feels (a) marginalized, (b) invalidated, and (c) isolated.
The attached2achieve Journal of Adolescent Research® will sponsor and mentor using technology Adolescent Authorship from idea inception to publication.

Problem
GenZ Marginalization and Invalidation
In an interconnected world, the Attached2Achieve Journal of Adolescent Research® intends to promote adolescent research existentially to enable the next generation's Generation Z (GenZ) (a) values, (b) milieu, and (c) expectations through Sartres's (Sartre, 1987) through Maslow's hierarchy of actualization (Maslow & Stephens, 2000), in the 21st global arena. To the contrary, per Manheim's theory of generation, research implies that GenZ feels (a) marginalized, (b) invalidated, and (c) isolated.
Solution
GenZ Research and Authorship enabled
The Attached2Achieve (A2A AI) pedagogy will be democratic socratic-based learning opportunities for the sponsored youth, based on Piaget's adolescent development theory (Piaget et al., 1995). Based on Piagetian theory, Attached2Achieve Socratic education seeks to advance educational science beyond traditional epistemological and ontological dichotomies to achieve knowledge of the hypothetical, encouraging logical high-efficacy thought, enabling Gen Z adolescent generations (Piaget et al., 1995) to thrive. Advancing metacognition and critical thinking (Polite & Adams, 1997) happens through intervention, the A2A proprietary Socratic collaborative research methodology (Elder & Paul, 1998), and its alignment with Gen Z psychologically.
The Attached2Achieve Journal of Adolescent Research®, an interconnected worldwide publication of empirical adolescent critical thought, will mentor and train researchers and publish credible multi-disciplinary themes relatable to GenZ via Intra-continental research validated and certified by world-class global peer-reviewers (Ph.D. 's). in a globally affiliated multi-university Institutes of Higher Education (IHE). Our "PRIME" objectives include
(a) Publishing,
(b) Research Writing Competency,
(c) Innovative AI Technology,
(d) Mentorship, and
(e) Engaging World Wide Solidarity.
Although APA 7.0 writing research will be employed, taught, and validated, the capacity will be AI-enabled. Additionally, our collaborations will help qualify our sponsored students for authorship and potential admission to various affiliated colleges and universities, overcoming obscurity, invalidation, fixed thinking, and propaganda to create sociologically significant Growth Mindset authorship, answering.

- Research Questions
- Solving Sociological Problems
The Attached2Achieve Journal of Adolescent Research®, at its core, will be student-centric, focussing on GenZ's important Issues with individual business-like KPIs about each student's (a) efficacy (based on empirical evidence), (b) student autonomy and satisfaction, and (c) outcome performance transparently conducted and monitored weekly in alignment with published learners objectives. The KPIs will regularly gauge compliance and progress. The Socratic pedagogy will be adjusted to any Six Sigma control chart deviations at the student study plan level.

The proposed Attached2Achieve Journal of Adolescent Research®
The Attached2Achieve Journal of Adolescent Research will be structurally managed so that successful projects initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control an Individual Development and Research Success Plan (ISP) for each student author mentored. The ISP will embrace intelligent goals (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely), metrics, assessments, and key performance indicators (KPIs) surrounding achieving outcomes per Bandura's (2017) self-efficacy theory. The Attached2Achieve Journal of Adolescent Research® model will focus on qualified people who otherwise would not have sociological access, support, or encouragement to achieve sponsored authorship, which could enhance college attendance opportunities.
(a) Embracing technology as a 21st-century reality
(b) Muti-national language and cultural support.
(c) Integrated Socratically taught block curriculum, project, place-based.
(d) Project AI-based pedagogy with deeply integrated measurable business-like goals (SMART) and measurable KPIs will regularly report achievement metrics and satisfaction.
