Climate change knowledge is required from fundamental awareness to deep-tech CCM-CCA applications. Two years ago MIT-SOLVE invited TWREEC for submiting proposal on global climate change education. In response TWREEC submitted its proposal along with Elevator Pitch mentioned above You Tube Link reproduced here. Till that time TWREEC which used not be tired of day and nighy paising did not realize that Pakistan has how dangerously been deformed . Conrary to expectations the proposal brought about unbearable consequence resulting in unrecoverable massive sufferings within the homeland. Due to professional over-confidence or foolishness, the proposer has rarely changed his once established stand  during  entire inland and overseas regular and consulting professional services spanning around 50 years and thus believes the pointed out URL should be considered still valid and applicable in support of 2024 proposal being submitted to MIT-SOLVE.

Climate change knowledge is worlwide lacking, deficient, or wrongly availed. As a result advanced, advancing, and least developed nations are compatibly puzzled on how to tackle 17SDG2030 UN Agenda Goals. Resolving combustion and biodegration related debacles of PA2015 is huge challenge of the 21st century. After professionally serving as regular employee of OGDC-Pakistan and KOC – Kuwait from 1975-1990, the project originator established TWREEC (www.twreec.org) as private sector founder-owner at his native village located in Sialkot – Pakistan during 1990 by midway saying goodbye to his onshore-offshore petroleum E&P professional career. However, 33 years self-financed TWREEC efforts could not transform its native village into ’Global Village’ as expected.  TWREEC functions are focused on oil & gas, water & wastewater engineering, climate change mitigation/adaptation, environmental consulting, and SDG challenges of the biosphere. The author and TWREEC are registered with PEC- Ministry of Science & Technology- Pakistan, SPE – USA, and EU HORIZON. During the years 2006 to 2008 TWREEC served as third party consultant to VEBA Oil/ PETROCANADA – Libya, RPS Energy UK/PETROBANGLA. Onward TWREEC continues to be fully devoted to research and innovation on 17SDG2030 UN Agenda Goals within its resources.

During the year 1992, TWREEC published author’s book entitled ‘’ Petroleum Energy and Environment – Prodigious Depredation and Third World Options.  Shockingly, during the year 2023 not only Third World but the whole world is facing the tragic shock. Environmental devastations by COG after peace and war synergetic accumulations have culminated to IPCC-UNFCCC prescriptions and guidelines for alignment to sustainable national survival corresponding to knowledge-knowhow campaigns. Though remarkable the largest investment sector of the world has wrongly been constituted as SDG4 without clarifying promotion of brown, green, and blue GHK2NS requirements on the following governmental-societal dimensions

• Provision of formal and informal learning, educational transfer, PAT, and complex world CCM-CCA applications with and without AI-ICT applications.
• Utilization of academic personnel and sites as combat forces for GHK2NS.
• National preparedness for IR2TCTR and IR3CCSR.

  Compiling 44 years national and international energy-environmental experience for a few days completion of MIT-SOLVE submission is extraordinary task with or without expectations but TWREEC is determined to contribute what it can.
