MegaMinds is currently in the pilot stage. We have successfully launched our innovative 3D learning platform in several schools and districts, actively engaging over 50,000 students to date. This stage was selected because while our platform is operational and in use, we are still refining its features based on user feedback and adjusting our business model to better meet the needs of our educational partners. Our current focus is on enhancing the platform's effectiveness and expanding our user base, with the aim of solidifying our presence and confirming our solution's scalability and impact.

We began active development in July of 2022.

We have a multi-tiered business model:

First, we sell licenses to Schools & Districts.

Second, we sell individual licenses to educators.

Third, we work with content partners and use an Agency-model to convert a client’s 2D content into 3D experiences.

And Fourth, we provide a content marketplace where creators can charge for their lessons and we’ll take a 20% commission.

MegaMinds is strategically positioned for financial sustainability through a multifaceted revenue model that includes selling subscriptions to schools and districts, licensing deals with educational content providers, and partnerships with educational organizations. This approach is proven by our rapidly growing customer base, which includes secured contracts with notable online schools and progressive districts, showing substantial initial revenue and setting the stage for future expansion.

Our sustainability plan is evidenced by our ongoing negotiations for partnerships that could open up new revenue channels, such as integration into larger educational platforms and services. We have also been successful in attracting venture capital, demonstrating investor confidence in our model's scalability and long-term viability. This blend of direct sales, strategic partnerships, and investment funding ensures we continue to develop and expand our educational offerings without relying solely on external funding.
