My (Ditto / CEO & Co-Founder of Sirka) journey with weight management was a battle. Finding solutions that actually worked, that tackled the core of the problem, felt impossible. I needed the kind of daily guidance and motivation that traditional healthcare couldn't provide – navigating complex dietary advice, struggling to keep track of my health markers, and facing the high cost of regular doctor visits. My experience isn't unique – 70 million Indonesians wrestle with weight issues, fueling a devastating rise in obesity-related illnesses. This personal struggle ignited my passion to create Sirka, a preventative care platform offering the on-demand, personalized support I desperately needed. Now, I'm joined by a team with a diverse range of expertise – doctors, dietitians, and engineers with over 30 years of combined experience in healthcare and tech. We're not just experts, though; we're deeply invested in the communities we serve, driven by the shared mission to transform obesity care in Indonesia.

We've developed a comprehensive obesity care solution that includes medical management, medication access (e-prescription), and personalized nutritional support. Our platform has supported over 100,000 individuals in their weight loss journeys, with many achieving an average weight loss of over 5.5%. We employ a multi-faceted strategy for user acquisition, including DTC (through our app), clinic partnerships, and community engagement. Currently, we have over 7,000 active subscribers, an 88% success rate, collaboration with 30+ clinics and doctors, and the backing of the Indonesian Ministry of Health as our official digital partner.

Our financials demonstrate impressive growth with a 64% year-over-year revenue increase in FY23 and a 5x boost in Gross Profit compared to Jan '23. This success stems from both top-line growth and improved margins, the latter achieved through direct channels, B2B clinics, and streamlined operations. We're on track to achieve EBITDA positivity by the second half of 2024.

Our 2024 growth strategy builds upon these foundations, targeting higher-margin opportunities:

Channel Expansion: Establishing Sirka-owned clinics for Obesity/Weight Management, Longevity Services, and Chronic Disease Management. We're also strengthening existing B2B clinic partnerships, expanding into Tier 1 & 2 cities with a focus on complementary services for a comprehensive care model.
