We are addressing the challenge of limited access to quality healthcare, particularly in underserved communities in Nigeria's suburban and rural communities. This challenge is caused by various factors, including a shortage of medical professionals who are pushed to migrate abroad yearly in thousands, inadequate health and social infrastructure and distance barriers, which leaves millions without proper medical access. In Nigeria alone with over 200 million population, over 70% of the population lacks access to essential healthcare services, with the doctor to patient gap reaching as much as 1:8,000, there is lack of good transportation to enable emergency response and inadequate healthcare facilities further contribute to this problem leading to preventable loss of lives arising from curable ailments.

Our  solutions include as telemedicine services, efficient emergency response systems powered by gps and AI technology and cloud-based patient data management, directly address these challenges by leveraging technology to provide remote access to healthcare, improve emergency response times, and streamline patient care processes. By offering scalable and sustainable healthcare solutions, Presibo aims to make a significant impact on improving health outcomes and reducing disparities in healthcare access, both locally and globally.

Our solution serves a patients seeking access to quality healthcare, healthcare professionals in need of efficient tools to properly dispense their services, and medical facilities requiring modernized systems for patient care and data storage, ambulance services operators who needs our gps guided system aided by AI technology.

As natives of Nigeria, we have firsthand experience with the challenges faced by individuals in accessing quality healthcare, especially in remote and underserved areas. As Team Lead, I, Jeremiah Nwobodo was born and grew up in Igumale, Benue State a rural underserved community in Nigeria where i witnessed the struggles of his neighbors in accessing medical care watching people die from diarrhea, malaria and typhoid was traumatic. This personal connection drives our commitment to designing a solution that meets the real needs of underserved populations.

Furthermore, our team embodies diversity and inclusivity, with members representing various backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives. This diversity allows us to understand the unique needs and preferences of different communities and ensures that our solution is inclusive and accessible to all. We actively engage with community members through focus groups, surveys, and outreach programs to gather input, ideas, and feedback that shape the design and implementation of our solution.

At Presibo, community empowerment is at the heart of everything we do. We are at our MVP stage and tested the web and mobile application we've successfully enrolled 3750 users in rural communities, in Lagos, Abuja and Porth Harcourt providing them with access to essential healthcare services. Additionally, we've onboarded 23 medical doctors and forged partnerships with 9 medical facilities.

Our impact goals for Presibo are centered around improving access to quality healthcare in alignment with SDG goal 3 we aim at reducing mortality rates, and promoting overall health and well-being in Nigeria. Specifically, our goal focuses on:

1. Increase access to healthcare: By providing remote consultations and emergency response services, we aim to ensure that individuals, particularly those in remote or underserved areas, have timely access to medical care when needed.

2. Reduce mortality rates: Through swift emergency response and improved healthcare delivery, we seek to reduce mortality rates associated with medical emergencies and preventable diseases.

3. Enhance overall health outcomes: By facilitating better coordination of care, personalized treatment plans, and continuous monitoring, we aim to improve the overall health outcomes and quality of life for our users.

To measure our progress towards these impact goals, we track several key indicators, including:

our solution relies on a range of technologies at various levels. They include JavaScript, Python, and AI to deliver seamless healthcare services. Our platform utilizes GPS, IoT and cloud technologies to accurately locate users in need of emergency assistance and dispatch responders swiftly and transmit signals from diagnostic equipments to our servers, Through integrations with SMS and call functionalities, users can easily access medical consultations and emergency services using their mobile devices. Our user interface is developed using React and React Native, ensuring a user-friendly experience across different devices and operating systems. With this innovative combination of technologies, we empower individuals to access quality healthcare services anytime, anywhere, with just a few taps on their smartphones.

This model allows us to sustainably deliver quality healthcare solutions while also generating revenue to support our operations and further expansion.

We plan to diversify our revenue streams by introducing a subscription model for cloud services tailored to hospitals and health professionals. This subscription will grant them access to our platform's advanced features and data storage capabilities, ensuring seamless integration into their existing systems. By offering this additional service, we aim to provide value to healthcare institutions while generating recurring revenue from monthly subscriptions. This initiative complements our existing partnership with health insurance firms and API licensing agreements, strengthening our financial sustainability and expanding our footprint in the healthcare industry.
