NutriGym

On World Obesity Day, Jordan ranked fourth in the Arab world in terms of obesity, and according to the World Obesity Observatory, 61.5% of adult Jordanians suffer from obesity and overweight, so we decided to work on creating this application to help reduce the spread of obesity and combat it, increase community awareness of its harms, and make it easier for customers to adhere to it. We follow the nutritional and sports systems prescribed by service providers. We also work to spread a healthy lifestyle in Jordanian society and then move to neighboring countries such as the Gulf Cooperation Council countries and Egypt.

NutriGym is a multi- sided application which has a value proposition to both sides, the client as well as the service providers.

For clients - NutriGym providing a wide offer and discounts on subscription in service providers, and give reminder notifications to the meals , Exercises , and subscription deadlines. It contains a calorie calculator to calculate the amount needed for the client during the day, and it decreases based on the type of food that the client ate. It contains animated images to teach the client how to perform the prescribed exercises during the day. The application contains healthy restaurants to work out the client’s diet and an electronic market for shopping.

For service providers - It provides an electronic market to display its products to the customer, which provides the opportunity to increase its clientele and organize its work. The application opens a page for each service provider to deal with its customers separately, that is, as if it gives each service provider its own application.

Service providers are: Nutrition clinics, gyms, physical therapy clinics, and health food restaurants .

The project targets two categories: the customer category and the corporate and business category

Client category: Adult men and women aged 18 to 55 years who suffer from obesity or overweight, athletes, those interested in a healthy lifestyle, and those suffering from sports injuries and in need of physical therapy service.

From the category of companies and businesses:

Nutrition clinics, physical therapy clinics, health food restaurants, and Gyms

because this program have a lot experience in entrepreneurs and startup and i need this experience to go on the right way. 

The project gives several advantages to the target groups:

For customer category:

Gives offers and discounts on subscriptions and products from service providers.

It presents the closest service providers to the customer and gives an overview of them and their work.

It gives reminder alerts about diet and exercise dates, subscription renewal dates, and review dates.

It contains a daily calorie calculator that decreases based on the amount of food consumed by the user.

It contains animated images with a description to teach the user how to perform the exercise in case the trainer is busy.

It contains a calendar that shows the available times of service providers, helping the customer to book appointments that suit their times.

For the corporate and business category:

It gives each service provider a control page to organize its work with its clients, including uploading exercise schedules or nutritional schedules for users, displaying their available times, and coordinating appointments with their clients.

Increasing the percentage of clients among service providers.

A page on the store to display the products they have.

Assistance in the marketing process.

Increasing the network of relationships between service providers with each other.
