Through employee profiling, we aim to assist managers in learning best practices to support their teams effectively and enhance productivity. As we gain more experience and maturity in this field, we plan to transition into the development phase of creating the Com'pass app. This approach allows us to lay a solid foundation based on research and insights before advancing to app development.

I have been working on my solution since 2021, initially alone, gathering information and gaining expertise in the entrepreneurial domain. Over time, I collaborated with various individuals until forming my current amazing team. Now, with our focused efforts, we are more determined than ever to make our solution a success.
