more than 1 billion $ is the value of medicine being discarded in Egypt yearly from people, pharmacies, pharmaceutical companies on the other hand more than 40 % of the population are not healthy insured by applying our system we can solve this big problem which affects not only the poor patients but also the society and the environment .more than 2 billion tons of medicine being put in landfill after its expiration date ,or being burnt and affect the environment     

medicine for all foundation  is the first specialized organization dealing with the donated medicine by applying  unique technology that dealing with this medicine and also with the poor and needy patients through 2 journeys' 

1st journey is the medicine journey where we collect ,sort , then redistribute medicine .the journey start when a medicine donor call us for collecting excess medicine then our representative collect medicine from his home ,then go through sorting system in 3 steps to confirm the validity , expiration 

then data entry in a computer application where all data are being available for the dispensing of the prescription of the patient .

2nd journey is the patient journey .starting when the patient hear about our foundation from physician and he come to ask for medicine .the patient must prepare medical reports , social documents then go through an interview with medical and social committee that approve for the poor and needy patient ,after approval we make a hard and soft copy file for patient

the 2 journeys meet together to help poor and needy patients and also help medicine donors    

our solution serve unhealthy insured people as they pay a money to buy their medicine ,since the price of the medicine is increased so much ,in a way that the medicine is not affordable for poor and needy patients, by applying our system this will help the people in rural areas to find their medicine easily in a proper time.our solution help the medicine donor to find an easily and comfortable way to donate their excess medicine.serving pharmacies and pharmaceutical companies to donate medicine and get tax reduction. 

Medicine For all foundation starts since 2013 ,collecting medicine with the value of 100 M Egyptian pound and we have 9 offices in 6 governments of Egypt (Cairo,Mansoura,Alexandria,Beni swif, qaliobia,qena ) ,having 60 employee with 4 van cars ,have a good connection with all pharmacies and pharmaceutical companies also having a good connections with faculty of pharmacy in different universities in Egypt 🇪🇬, have over than 1k volunteer collecting medicine all over Egypt

Before Medicine For All, it was just some initiatives from another Ngos ,but never of this ngos have technological system applied for the collection of the medicine and redistributing it .Our system is totally unique and having a standard of procedure S.O.P and guidelines, also we have KPI'S to measure the impact of what we do .The foundation is fully under supervision of a group of pharmacists that are highly qualified and making quality control and quality assurance all the time .

More than 50% of the population pay for their health service  and also pay for their medicines in the pharmacies, also the increase in the prices of the medicine, and the low income level of almost 50% of the population making medicine not affordable for all needy patients, so it is a must to came to our foundation to cover this gap .to make our solution sustainable we get a service fees from the patients to help to cover our expenses, also as a Ngo it is affordable for us for getting donations that help us to publish our idea and help more and more people
