Solution Pitch

The Problem

Families across the globe struggle unnecessarily to overcome administrative hurdles to social resources like food, housing, healthcare, and citizenship. This impacts 130 million people (54% of adults) in the US and more than 700 million people globally.

The Solution

ThriveLink is a telephonic AI enrollment solution that empowers families to verbally complete and submit applications for safety-net programs such as food stamps and Medicaid, in 75 languages, without requiring internet access or literacy skills.

This solution is transformative and timely, as every hospital and clinic in America is now mandated to screen for these needs but often lacks the staffing capacity to support patients effectively.

Our impact is significant. For example, in one rural North Carolina clinic, 28 patients utilized ThriveLink, saving staff 14 hours and 2x the average patient utilization rate. These patients received $20,859 in resources, averaging $745 per patient, with 50% receiving SNAP/WIC, 25% Medicaid/SSI, and 25% rent and utility assistance.

ThriveLink has been recognized by leading organizations for our innovative approach, including the American Nurses Association 2024 Innovation Award and the American Telehealth Association's 2024 Award for Innovation and Patient Experience.
