Fabric made with recycled plastic powder
My solution is going to solve the problem of recycling of plastic.
Though we can use the recycled plastic powder to form new plastic but it will not have the same quality.
So I consider a new one solution of plastic powder in the form of fabric.
We can use the recycled plastic powder to make fabric.
This fabric can be used in packaging industry to package goods .
This fabric can be used as a Non Woven fabric to cover the cartons.
It will be low cost than the new one LDPE woven and Non Woven fabric.
This fabric is very easy to made and have quality strengths like new one LDPE woven fabric and non woven fabric.
The interesting point is it will be made with recycled plastic powder.
The making process of this fabric is almost pollution free.so it will be an advantage to our planet
The problem is recycled plastic powder (Hdpe)as if we want to reuse it to make new plastic items then it doesn't have the virgin properties so we will have to mix it with virgin plastic.
But it is not the solution.
The second problem is LDPE or PE stretch film or single uses plastic as after shredding we will have to mould it again and it is very dangerous for our atmosphere.
The third problem is with Thermocole or EPS as there is no solution of recycling it and it is also polluting the planet.
All three problems are associated with plastic world.
The solution is for packaging industry.
The solution is for workers engaged in plastic industries.
My solution is very simple and very effective.
The solution is that use the recycled plastic powder (Hdpe) to make fabric.
Just spread the resin on a polyester fabric and after that spread the plastic powder on the resin.leave it for dry and plastic fabric is ready to use ,made with recycled powder.
This kind of fabric can be used as a woven fabric or non woven fabric to cover the carton boxes or other industrial uses( strapping roll).
Now single use plastic:
Just spread the shredded single use plastic on the layer of resin and fabric is ready.
This fabric can be used as an industrial cushion pads or cushions for sheats or as a felt.
Thermocole:
Just spread the recycled powder of EPS on the fabric and it is ready to use.
This fabric can be used to protect the packaged goods.
All three types of fabrics will be made with recycled materials.
We can take thickness of the fabric as per our desire.
Salient features:
(1) the fabric will be flexible and durable.
(2) the making process will be less pollutant as there is no need of heating and moulding.
(3) the cost of the fabric will be one third of original products.
(4)No need of heavy machinery.
(5) A low cost ,time saving and energy saving solution.
(6) there are many more possibilities in this solution.

My solution is innovative as it is recycling the plastic through a very simple way and making unique products using recycled plastic powder (Hdpe), shredded (ldpe) and powder of recycled EPS.
The manufacturing cost will be less than the original products.

The technology is just made fiber plastic using resin and recycled plastic.
Simple machinery is needed to made the fibre.

My solution is unique as there will be no need of heating the plastic to recycled it so it will save energy,work force and blocked the harmful gases,emmiting at the time of heating and moulding as there is no need of heating and moulding to make the fibre as we will have to just spread the layer of resin on polyester textile or cotton textile or any other textile to make new fibre products.
