Five years
I’ve implemented that recruitment processes are bias-free and actively seek out qualified candidates for all levels of employment, including leadership positions. Implement policies that support flexible work arrangements to accommodate the needs of every team member, such as hybrid work options or flexible hours. I have also created pathways for career advancement that are accessible to all employees, regardless of gender. Offer mentoring programs, leadership development initiatives, and training opportunities specifically tailored to the needs my team. I regularly reviewed salary structures to ensure that every team member is paid fairly. Transparent salary policies and conduct regular audits to identify and address any gender pay gaps. As a family person myself, I recognize the importance of work-life integration, so I offer benefits such as parental leave, childcare assistance, and flexible scheduling options to support employees in managing their professional and personal responsibilities.
Lastly, I actively listen to the concerns and perspectives of women employees, and incorporate their input into decision-making processes
