Elke’s Impact Solutions for US Black Health

We are using a multi-factorial approach to to improve Black health in the US.Many studies indicate the impact of racism & ignorance affect black health outcomes . For example, black children have a 500%  bigger death rates compared to white children .In terms of metabolic disorders, blacks have a higher rates of hypertension, diabetes, heart problems than other groups.. A NIH study using key algorithms showed that less money is spent caring for millions of blacks.Focused methods of care can increase medical outcomes I.e many white doctors don’t like to touch black patients. In addition, in terms of cancer treatment, prevention are less likely to survive .Black US women have higher maternal mortality rates. Our  survival lifestyle guide,  SOP training  manual for Residents, medical students & new therapies . Goals: increase better health outcomes, advocate decrease use of Me too treatments , misinformation .

Our solution is structured to improve the health of US blacks by treating/ caring for the whole person. This includes the Macro & Micro level management.
There is a training guide for Medical staff/ Pharmacists  on with SOP for better communication & sensitivity with black US patients . Topics include  exposing side effects of meds , high depression rates & dealing with increased crime & poverty on black health outcomes.Lastly, review black Post Civil War history & health.
At the micro level , we seek to improve the health of black Americans with a novel computational chemistry approaches that could cure key disorders . Goals include advancing our novel  high quality preclinicals & focused supplements.

In addition, advance a customer 

App to help black customers feel change is possible & have some control . The algorithm has focused lifestyle steps, how to ask questions to decrease medical fraud, prevention activities & monitoring health insurance coverages.

This age spectrum is dealing with a variety of health challenges. Focused funding & stakeholder collaboration can make our solutions scalable. We practice honest innovation methods with decreased risks built in . These methods decrease lost of time and money. 

Our  pioneering team has significant business & tech experience. As a scientist & STEM Adjunct, Instructor, I have learned to work with many people of diverse backgrounds & income levels.The final derivative of helping black health is having respect, hope & empathy. While growing up , I learned family cultural lessons from black & Native American ancestors of staying focused, work hard, get an education & being organized to get something done each day. My team is diverse & has  the drive to help advance products with life changing effects.  Some Team members includes:Mr Schreiber MPH gives insights on Public health variables, Ms Padma - Chemist/ Pharmacist , Dr Saivail - Cardiology/ CRO  & Ms Hala - financial advisement. As a leader, I have cultural fluidity. I have good listening skills, attend conferences, community meetings. Our solutions are client focused, personalized & trust repairing .

At the moment the products are at the prototype stage.Our novel therapeutics & supplements are formulated    & based on medicinal  Chem  & POC activities.We are seeking additional capital  from diff financing vehicles to optimize products.The scaffold for the Medical Staff. manuals , health App has been expanded.We have CMO & CRO stakeholders working with us .

As a STEM Adjunct, students tell me everything. From high school college kids ,  family members, US combat vets tell me their observations of troubling health care. I want to make a difference & continue improving the health outcomes of blacks & fellow citizens. I have medicinal chemistry ,microsurgery & biotechnology background.
