Djonan2Pay is a payment solution developed to help actors in the e-commerce in Cote d'Ivoire and West Africa to secure they financial transactions. Generally, after getting in touch with the vendors through social medias, the vendor contacts a delivery boy to deliver the good(s). The customer pays in cash and give the money to the delivery boy, who in turn needs to send the money back to the vendor. Unfortunately, some delivery boys don't give back the vendor(s)' money. There is the case of the customer(s) who is/are not happy with his/her good(s), decide(s) not to pay the delivery boy(s). Another case, is the one of the untrustworthy vendor(s) who sell(s) under quality goods or do not send the good(s), yet they have received the payment via mobile money.
So our application aims to solve those issues by securing the financial transactions till the the operation is closed via the app and it is only after this that each actors will received his/her payment (vendor(s) and delivery boy(s) and his good(s) for the customers.
Our solution is to create an application that will secure the financial transactions among the actors of e-commerce and also will guarantee to the customer(s) to receive his/her good(s).
The targeted population are:
-Vendors
-Delivery boys
-Online buyers
-Businesses
