Through our global community and practical programs, we equip individuals with the tools, frameworks, and actionable strategies necessary to navigate their career advancement effectively. Our flagship program ‘Unwind with Unveiled’ is an 8-month cohort program leveraging our framework, CareerGPS, and focuses on building critical thinking and analyzing one's network potential, conducting an analysis of their LinkedIn data, thereby empowering underrepresented groups to strategically advance in their careers. In addition to that, we offer solutions to elevate the broader community such as ‘Ask the Experts’, ‘Share Your Story’ and paid workshops, masterclasses and informational sessions. We prioritize participatory approaches that empower communities to co-create and adapt technology-driven interventions tailored to their unique needs and contexts. These programs are meant to introduce accessibility to just-in-time credible guidance as well as harness the power of shared experiences for positive change.

The Unveiled team comprises advisory board members and volunteers drawn from a breadth of expertise and demographic background. Our members have established themselves in leadership roles in organizations and communities both domestically and internationally. The members are consulted on the strategic direction and the cohort selection process. All suggestions and issues are discussed at regular intervals. The level of engagement and day-to-day involvement is based on the role each individual has taken on in becoming a part of our mission at Unveiled. We also onboard volunteers from diverse backgrounds, one of them from USA and another from Ghana, to help amplify our impact and work on elevating their profiles too.
