Our business is solving the problem of hunger. One basic need for survival of man is food. Most people prefer to get food from already made one when they are hungry than cooking it by themselves.
C-Queen Food Ventures is a quick service restaurant offering home made supper quality meal and catering service at reasonable prices.
We provide different menu like fried rice, Jollof rice, African local ditches like Eba, Iyan, Amala, pastries like meat pie, cake, bons, egg roll, chicken, turkey, assorted drinks, table water etc.
We offer specialty selections including a lighter options and smaller portions for children's menu.
We also provide outdoor catering service and office delivery.
One of the more unique features of my restaurant is that in addition to its' very unique decor it provides entertainment via a live cooking exhibition that is used to serve food directly to a portion of the clientele.
Travelers- My Solution serves travelers who wake up so early in the morning going to their various destinations.
Students- Many students depend on us for their meal because the meal they eat on campus always insufficient for them.
Barrack dwellers- Barrack dwellers buy large portions of our food.
Business/Office Supply- Business people and those working in offices who do not get time to leave their working places normally want us to deliver the meal directly to their working places.
Families- We also serve families.
My team and I are well-positioned to deliver this solution by doing all these:

What make my solution innovative are as follows:
1. By installing Facebook's pixel on my website, I can track who visits a particular page and turn them into a custom audience. This is incredible powerful because I will be advertising to audience that is already interested in my brand.
2. I have already an existing email or even can scrape my payment data for emails and phone numbers, it is possible to upload this information to Facebook and build a custom audience of past customers- great to offer coupons or promote a special event.
3. Rewards program don't need to require a custom and membership card, instead I created something functional without all the effort, I simply offer a free drinks, or some other offer if people sign up for my program- then I continue to reward them on points- based, visits-based, or other value system.
4. These days everyone wants to connect their phones, tablet, or computer whenever possible. By offering free WiFi once customers give me their email, I can skyrocket my list growth.
5. I utilize OR codes- I utilize QR codes whenever I choose to place them on receipts, disposable cups, or even menu- QR codes are great for connecting physical store environment with my digital presence. I use them to offer a coupon and I can build list quickly.
How and Why I expect My Solution to Have an Impact on the Problem
1. Stock and Inventory Wastage- The biggest challenge for restaurant owners is uncontrolled stock Wastage. A restaurant inventory management involved several moving pieces. There are always constant change in inventory.
2. Demand Forecasting- Partial or no record of accurate stock level at the right time can cost the company and impacts it's revenue. Accurate demand forecasts of raw materials and ingredients can save these businesses their input costs. Over- ordering, Over-portioning and food and food waste not tracked during recipe creation and execution all contribute to loss in revenue.
3. Stock Theft- Stock Theft- is a harsh reality in the restaurant restaurant business. Employee theft accounts for huge losses of money for restaurant owners each year. That is why it is important in identifying and preventing internal theft as priority in my business plan.
4. Supplier Management- The success of each and every restaurant depends on its ability to maintain a stable supply chain. Since supply plays a part in the smooth running of my restaurant business, it is important for both supplier and my business to engage properly and effectively.
5. Calculating and Analysing the Profitability of a Dish- Without knowing the exact amount of the ingredients used and the demand of the dish, It is tough to calculate it's Profitability.

1. Creating a Brand- This is the very identity of my business.restaurant, and it is this name by which I will be known among my customers. It should be vibe with the whole theme on my restaurant and should be something unique and catchy.
2. I offer the best menu- Good food is naturally what people head to a restaurant for I need to craft the menu keeping in mind a customer, base that comes from different background with diverse preferences.
3. Top Quality Service- The moment a customer enters my restaurant, he expects good quality service and that is what you need to offer to them.
4. Add the fun element- Every now and then, I have to come up with different ideas to ensure customer keep trickling into my restaurant. I can organize events for different age groups- for example, a magic show for kids, a karaoke night for families, or even hire the local music band for a-mini-concert at my restaurant.
5. Advertise My Restaurant- There are thousands of restaurant out there for people to choose mine, I need to let them know what is different in my restaurant.
6. I will ask for feedback from customers and employees. Feedback is a great way to know what exactly the customers feel about your restaurant. It would also help me and my employees to work on certain drawbacks if they are pointed out.

1. Mobile Ordering- Many restaurants closed down thier dine-in areas due to Covid-19. However, this is where the increase in mobile Ordering- system started. It has now become the new norm.
2. New Payment Options- New Payment option has been introduced such as POS systems. Restaurants now accept payments online, contactless payments through smartphone apps and QR codes.
3. Online Reviews- Consumers have a lot of control over the restaurant industry through online reviews. Bad experience can turn away new and potential customers. Restaurants have to step up their food quality, service, and cleanliness to ensure positive experience.
4. Kitchen Display Screens- Kitchen Display Screens- This is becoming more common for a number of reasons compared to traditional ticket printed. Kitchen Display Screens is more environmentally friendly because it is 100% digital.
