1) Traceability- we conducted research for five years trying to understand the plausibility of organic farming. Throughout we noticed that farmers lacked records that showcased authenticity.
2) We also noted that farmers were not transitioning to organic farming easily because of the lack of availability of organic inputs.
3) We also noted that organic foods were only accessible to one stratification in our society because of costs.
4 Health- we also noted that poor quality foods were linked to various health issues in our society.
we build a platform that has both a traceability tool and also a marketplace. This means that farmers can now authenticate their means of production using our platform and also get access to affordable inputs which in turn eases the transition from conventional to organic farming.
We are also contracting farmers for the production of organic foods, hence creating employment to all farmers.
our platform servers farmers with regards to the traceability tool and also access to the marketplace whereby they can buy organic inputs.
Our platform also serves households, vendors and institutions, with regards to them having access to organic foods.
Having conducted research for five years and being able to build a platform that helps solve the various challenges facing farmers, showcases how our team is well positioned to deliver on the solution.

Also looking at the fact that we currently do not have a platform that helps organic farmers have access to organic inputs, highlights our uniqueness.
we have done research and many farmers have highlighted the need of our solution, hence validation.
We are also looking at how many farmers we shall impact, guided by the fact that we are providing real time data that showcases authenticity.

we simply hire by merit. Our team has both knowledge and skills and is very diverse with regards to gender.

We also have guidelines on how to conduct ourselves in the workplace, hence eliminating barriers that can limit one’s growth.
for the farmers we have a traceability tool that is subscription based, and we charge an annual fee of 30$.
We also have a marketplace that helps farmers have access to organic inputs and also helps our general customers to have access to freshly grown organic produce.
- Individual consumers or stakeholders (B2C)
The application being subscriptions based acts our first point of monetizing. This means we will generate revenue from the platform
