This is aimed at solving the problem of inequality, hate, discrimination: racism, migrant and refugee issues. It is also aimed at solving the problem of poverty, social, political and economic instability and definitely, the problem of violent conflicts in the world. 

These are all global problems.

Everyone has preferences and favourites. 
There is inequality of groups everywhere in the world. Close relatives don't even treat all members of their immediate family equally. Resources aren't even equitably distributed among families. The act of seeing relatives as different from own family, showing less or no care of extended relatives and keeping immediate family away from them, show that nearly everyone is guilty of unequal treatment of others.

Nonetheless, in life, nobody is attracted to anyone, dislikes nor likes any person because the person is her or his mother: father, sibling, family member, nor hates to see any person because the person is a stranger. Because human choices aren't grounded on freewill.
The hatred for a thing, person or people isn't triggered by clear physical incompatibilities. Hate is a subconscious inharmonious retraction, which is caused by measurable polarity between attractions and which time oscillation, occasionally makes to be weak or strong. 

There are people who lack basic life necessities everywhere in the world. The secondary causes of poverty are really individual lack of practical ideas, the lack of government support for compulsory technical skills acquisition and societies and their governments indifference to mandatory individual farming (If food is removed from poverty, everything else is want, not need).

Everyone is underserved until everyone knows and understands that hate, groups inequality, discrimination: racism, migrant and refugee issues;  the problem of poverty, social, political and economic instability and violent conflicts are all patterned on modifiable mathematical configurations and can by themselves pre-plan and replan their own lives. 

The level of hate and discrimination: racism, xenophobia, sexism and all other negative isms will reduce. 
Individuals will know where to migrate to find life easy. People will know the right place to set-up businesses.
There will be reduction in the level of inequality and lack of basic life necessaries. People and nations will be able to learn to cordially coexist. 
Societies will find it easy to restructure or reform economic systems in order to thrive economically, achieve economic stability and be able to continually be above the poverty line.
Societies will become more inclined to prioritizing acquisition of technical skills because of the understanding of the root of wealth flow and wealth acquisition and also the realization that a person needs to be able to morph thoughts into their material forms to be called a worthy.
In addition, it's a solution that will definitely make the United Nations development goals to be achievable in a very short time and definitely stabilize national and global economy.

I am the pioneer of the new field of study called Ikolalysis, which the extraction of the numeric roots of actions, reactions and responses in order to change defined applicable syntaxes into recursive action, reaction and response formulas that are effective in technically managing physical activities. 

I have physically substantiated that action, reaction, attraction, repulsion and the resultant responses and relationships are inertia until acted upon by time.
I have practically explained the roots of human interactions: attraction, envy hate, discrimination and racism and so on. 
I have empirically proven that attractions and time trigger relationships and the degree of cordiality and animosity are measurable. 
I have now made it easy to measure human potential, which reveals the level of human capability in a specific field.
I have empirically explained the roots of failure, success and fame in relation to ambience. And I have generated inductive formulas for human: attractions, fame, influence and so on.
Furthermore, I have carried out extensive research on time of national social and/or political instability, uprising diplomatic break-off between nations and global conflicts; and on the catalyst for crisis nationally and globally (in 2008, I informed the United Nations about possible crisis situation in 2011). And I have made it very easy to pre-figure when a nation may/will plunge into social, economic, political instability and/or violent conflicts and the person time may/will use as a catalyst and also when there may/will be a diplomatic break-off between nations and when nations may/will declare war against another. 
I have shared my works on research sites and with a hand count of governments and organizations. 

 I need help and support from MIT Solve to be able to solve global problems and also to institutionalize Ikolalysis. The world needs more experts in Ikolalysis, who will be able to help societies and governments with restructuring and laying down the right foundations for peace and sustainably economic growth.

Ikolalysis will trigger the desire for complete overhaul of existing approach to solving crisis situations in the world. Because it is a clearer understanding of the root of human awareness, dispositions, relationships an so on. Therefore , it is a solution that will make it easy to effect positive changes through subconscious induction technic which is a process of pre-programming or subliminally re-programming a society in order to weaken extremist ideologies, or to carryout social, political and economic reforms peacefully. 

People need to be conscientized about the involuntary aspects of actions, reactions and responses in order that they can be able to relatively control their inclination towards treating others inhumanly. And societies and governments need to be acquainted with Ikolalysis, to be able to carryout reforms that will bring about relative peace and positive economic growth in their states and in the world. 

Hence there is need to train more experts in Ikolalysis, who will be able to help societies and governments with mathematically and physically restructuring and laying down the right foundations for peace and sustainably economic growth.

The Ikolalysis Research Organization will present materials that will be used for training SOLVE research team in the rudiments of Ikolalysis to MIT Solve. A highly technical paper and a theoretical comprehensible paper on the roots of hate: discrimination, racism; and the roots of failure, success, fame, influence and power of individual; and also on the cause of groups inequality, social, political and economic instability and violent conflicts and how nations can easily carryout reforms in order to thrive economically shall also be presented to MIT Solve. And MIT Solve will send copies of the materials to national research institutes of all the countries that constitute the United Nations with invitations to a week workshop. 

The Ikolalysis Research Organization  shall train MIT Solve research team in Ikolalysis: calculating individuals and countries values (called: inclination, ZQuantum, Nation-Code and so on) and in order that the team can be able to do comparative analysis of Ikolalysis data, can be able to use already derived equations to deal with crisis situations by being able to modify or alter the abstract mathematical structure of physical activities and as a result, have the capability to socially, politically and economically reform societies peacefully.

MIT Solve, Solve research team and the Ikolalysis Research Organization shall organize one week workshop in order to train researchers from all member states of the United Nations in order that the researchers can be able to do comparative analysis of Ikolalysis data, can be able to use already derived equations to deal with crisis situations by being able to modify or alter the abstract mathematical structure of physical activities and as a result, have the capability to lay a solid foundation for equality, unity and peace and, economic progress and sustainability in their respective countries and in the world. 

MIT Solve, will conduct sensitization campaign in order to create more awareness and organize a seminar in order to globally present Ikolalysis to representatives of nations and for the Ikolalysis Research Organization (a duty that may be deputized for MIT Solve) to answer questions relating to solving global problems from representatives of nations.

Individuals will be more caring and hospitable, groups will find it easy to cordially coexist, national and global economy will be more stable and sustainable, and definitely, peace will reign. 
But the Seed-Activity law states that action, reaction, attraction, repulsion and the resultant responses and relationship are inertia until acted upon by time. 
And because Chaos is directly proportional to simultaneous certainties, time determines the certainty of any event by considering the harmony and resonance degree of the accompanying complementary attributes or particles which are peculiar to the possibility which must be made certain in relation to a particular sequence of time and position.

I will be giving (give) solutions to social, political and economic problems, to conflicts and so on by organizing workshops and seminars to train and educate people on how to solve crisis situations. 

Ikolalysic is the only effective solution to poverty, inequality, social, political and economic instability; to all forms of conflicts and so on because it deals with the roots of these problems.

Ikolalysis will be funded through donations and grants from organizations and governments.
