What specific problem are you solving?

Basically, Land encroachment and tenancy contract is the major problem we are facing in my community. We have over 200 thousands people in the community but 65 thousands people are effected with these particular problem.

How to get land ,where to get land and how to register it.

Most of the land's here are layout and Grant for the layout a missing an people tends to add up to their own there by causing big problem and going by registration in the issues of Survey plan is too tidius before you get up till the certificate of occupancy level to be sign by the governor where you will see his live signature.

However, masses should take notes on how the obtain properties and other Land issues related.

What is your solution?

Am of the opinion masses should know the area they want to build or obtain lands for business or residential purpose as stated above, and when buying property populace should make sure it's has registration from the government and the land or property has not encroach to avoid litigations.

Moreover, many Land here are not well fenced and beacons if these are not done applicants should do it after purchasing the Land.

We have target population of 65 thousands people that are affected and they need lasting solution to the land issues

By lnplementing what I said above many people will not have issues with their properties.

How are you and your team well-positioned to deliver this solution?

My organization are working tirelessly to see that, the above-mentioned problems have been solved. Because we have spoke to the relevant government agencies and parastata to help us in registration and solving these issues amicably.

We have been able to create awareness and sanitization towards the affected communities, by telling them the danger and implications of not registering Land and housing issues that are far away from the main town.

We have serve thousands of beneficiaries through these our program and we are ready to extend it to many communities.
