Information system for training and supervision of agents
In Mexico 20 % of the children between the age of 0 and 5 years old, do not have an appropriate development according to their age. Only 6 out of 10 children between the age of 3 and 5 years old attend and education program intended for early childhood attention. (ENIM 2015, UNICEF) and 8 out of 10 agressions to children and teenagers between the age of 10 and 17 years old, occurs at school and at public spaces.
In the state of Sinaloa, 31 % of the children between the age of 0 and 5 years old receive initial education, therefore, 7 of 10 children that start elementary school are presenting problems to maintain attention, understanding information, following instructions and socializing, which leads to aggression issues.
The problem that needs to be solve is the late development in early childhood and the consequences leads to the proper development of people.
That all boys and girls have access to attention services, appropriate early childhood development, and quality education.
Mainly, children of the age between 0 and 5 years old, through training and implementing actions for their wellbeing, working with their parents, teachers, volunteers, and allies.
Parents also benefited through our emotional strengthening program through self-help groups and schools for parents.
The development of a system that allows through 2 applications: A) Training teachers, parents, caregivers, professionals and volunteers on stimulation techniques and development of children brain plasticity. Also, providing emotional strengthening to parents, through self help groups y parenting school. B) Following, monitoring and evaluate the people that are implementing what is being learned on the early childhood development and family wellbeing platform.

Our solution allows shorten the distance between the institution and the beneficiaries. Through this we can train initial educations teachers, parents, volunteers, and caregivers, to undertake appropriate stimulation actions that allows children to have a better cognitive, motor, and social development, in order for them to have a better performance during their education.
Our methodology is based on the Doman Method, and we have developed it with, doctors, psychologists, physical therapists, and psychopedagogie through out time.
The technology is based in management and creation of components (components motor) that is self manage with a Backbend, which through communication protocols allows interaction of data with the mobile app that consume the components with the different available resources like videos, images, and documents for the agent. Through the mobile app, the register of data to generate in the Backbend the results of analysis and generation of indicators is allowed.
Programming language for the engine (C #, Javascript, HTML, Python, NodeJS), Platform / FrameWork: NodeJS), Applications (Android, IOS), Database (SQL, SQL Server, Mongo DB).

Our solution contributes to help initial education at schools so children can have a better development. In the case of children that do not attend school, our solution allows that we can counsel and train parents or caregivers for them to have an appropriate stimulation.

Currently we are attending face to face to 33 special education public schools that represents:

Once the system starts to operate, in 1 year we will be attending 100 schools and in 5 years we are expecting to attend 2, 300 initial educations schools in Sinaloa, thar represents:

Our goal next year is to serve 100 elementary education schools that represent:

-350 teachers
In 5 years we want to reach all the elementary schools of the State of Sinaloa what it represents:

In addition, as our application will be open, we hope that in 5 years it will reach ten thousand parents out of state.
Next year first barrier will be to socialite the App to get users attention once that is finished. Another barrier will be to caught the attention of users that are committed to learn and to be train about the stimulation programs, and the next barrier is the commitment to provide the app what has been learned and allow the institution to support this attention.
To overcome the firs barrier we have planned a social media campaign and to socialite face to face at public schools in 4 cities.
To caught the most quantity of users teachers, we have an alliance with the public education secretary of the state, so that can provide all the facilities for teachers to train and implement what they learned at schools.

At our institution there are 15 people with a full time position of which 7 are dedicated to development in the following matter:

On the technology matter, we hire a software development company.
We have specialist in the matter with experience and a solid trajectory. Our institution was born in 2008 and we never leave aside the professionalization in our services.
With the area of Special Education of the Public Education Secretary of the Sinaloa State, with the schools of Social work, Physical Education, and Physical Therapy of the Universidad Autonoma de Sinaloa.
In the Special Education area a collaboration agreement was formalized that has allow us to manage meetings with special education teachers from Culiacan, to consolidate agreements with public schools principals to ensure the implementation, training of teachers, and follow up of the program.
With the 3 faculties from the university, an agreement has just being signed that will allow us to train students and involved them as volunteers or social service providers to implement our programs.
Business Model with strategic alliances based in the collaboration with universities, private and public education institutions, and the secretary of public education of the Sinaloa State (SEPYC). From the universities we are receiving trainees from the faculties (psychopedagogy, rehabilitation, physical education and special education), with the students that are interested in training with us and develop their professional practice at the schools we attend in order to support the implantation of the stimulation program and give support to the parents schools and self care groups.
With the private schools institutions, we do sensibilizations and we teach children about volunteering, and to get involved in fund raising activities.
With SEPYC we have a collaboration agreement in order to get to 2,300 preschoolers that are in the state of Sinaloa, to implement early stimulation in each one of them and to install parents school, that will provide information and orientation to parents about upbringing and company towards the emotional well being to those family members with brain injuries.
This way our alliances allow us to sensibilize society in general, to young college students that will become professionals and parents, caregivers and teachers will develop their abilities and skills to attend future generations in their school facilities who themselves are also parents, and to children that attend private schools, so that from a very young age they are sensibilized in philanthropic activities that help to the common benefit of society.
Our financial sustainability will be accomplished through out the diversification of sources, and with a business model at the moment the App starts.
Currently we make an income through out recovery fees by providing several services for early childhood development and family well being with family members that present some type of brain injury. We also get direct donations from people and companies as a social investment, throughout third floor foundations through fundraising announcements.
We have a savings fund from 11 years ago, which is destined in investment funds that generates an annual profit that is destined to operation expenses each year.
A partnership with Solver allows us accelerate and validate our Project, as well ass to adapt the tool according to the characteristics of the educational system of different countries. We also expect support for Project impact measurement.
