Developing of childhood career within the community.

the problem is that children's now are facing a really critical issues backwardness,poverty,illiteracy,extremism an radicalism lack of education.

solution is to change the education structure and need to promote education in the whole world,an ensure focus in securing strong foundation skills,the child will rise up with a good conduct of knowledge skills then the other community there will learn from him.

early childhood career and education is more than preparation for primary school,it aims at the holistic development of a childs social,emotional,cognitive and physical needs.in other to build a solid and broad foundation for lifelong learning and well being.

yes it will change a millions of global life,by innovating,creativities,empowering and also making an event for global students to discuss or debate on knowledge. also to provide a child friendly environment that is safe, secured, caring and stimulating.

lack of knowledge within the community.and it cost alot of problems like.voilent,drug use,crimes,ethic conflit,child abuse,and the percentage of overweight and obese children in the community has been steadily increasing and now approaches 50%.since we know that childhood obesity tends to lead to adult obesity,in the world more.is affecting many childrens now,since from the childhood/grassroot in world.and our contribution is to creating new system of knowledge/education based on the previous available knowledge,especially changing in process in order to produce much larger amount of the talented pool.by doing extensive and innovative research.make them a good member among the community.by opening schools by providing good tools.new facility,computer device,and equipment.

more then thousand of people.as occurring before the age of eight and it is during this period that a child goes through the most rapid phase of growth and development their brains develop faster than at any other point in their lives,so these years are critical.the foundations of their social skills,self esteem,perception of the world and moral outlook are established during these years.as well as the development of cognitive skills.when deciding if early childhood education is right career choice for you,and working with children required patience,dedication and sensitivity.young children are not like other student.their needs are unique and you must be aware of this.

just by opening school.school should connect with the community,cultural and linguistic diversity.which creates a vast array of educational circumstances and needs.the best of our school don't just work closely with their local communities but make the curriculum responsive to local needs.and opportunities and live the very idea of community in their everyday work and relationships.product and services providing to our population we serving/working firstly we focus on recruiting,training and supporting teachers.with high quality,teachers help students succeed. We must reform how we recruit,train,and support such teachers.teacher residence and preparation programs like urban teacher center represent opportunity to increase the number of teachers with real world training experience.national service programs like citizen school work in high need schools,share best practice such as recruiting people with strong leadership skills and connection to the community and are source of a diverse talent pool.in today's technologically advanced society,children typically spend around several hours each day using digital device.that can impact their early childhood development.the benefit of technology on early childhood development and learning.are evident when it's used properly,technology can increase the social and cognitive skills of children's.developmentally appropriate digital resources can create interactive environments where children are engaged in mastering specific skills at their own individual rates.children are able to be challenged and become more proficient through technology.that offers prompts to high levels of engagement.interior health outlines the optimal amount of time children should spend each day using technology.(1) children 0 to 2 years of age:none,(2)children 3 to 5 years of age:1 hour per day,(3)children 6 to 12 years of age:2 hour per day.

changes in educational goals.often perceive as obstacles to using more research based practices.time involved in learning about new strategies and redesigning course,concerns about ensuring that students are taught important content,concerns about student's reaction to an unfamiliar teaching method and the impact on student course evaluations,concerns that a different strategy will not work as well especially if it impacts tenure,departmental norms about teaching method and other expectations,class size and classroom facilities,course scheduling issues.although some of these factors are more myth than reality,several can present genuine challenges.also there are steps to consider to make sure that student learn the most important content with discipline.adequately prepared for subsequent course for the development of child education career.

we focus on fewer topics in greater depth.are often concern that this approach will be less rigorous than traditional teaching,but actually it is more so,because the activities focus on developing childhood career.students conceptual understanding.student learn by going into depth on core concepts rather than no working their way through a list of many topic.the core technology is by encourage the use of digital tools to produce and publish writing to a global audience.education technology will allow students to remain connected and develop skills that will proved useful as they progress through their education and towards their careers.and by promote the use of the internet and other technologies to interact and collaborate with others.engaging in collaboration with other peers in a supervised manner help students gain a command of sharing ideas and cooperation with others.encourage the strategic use of digital media in presentations.print,video,digital text and other multimedia are becoming extremely popular in the education environment.

guidance and educational support provided.identifying pupils individual developmental and educational needs and psychological and physical abilities,and environmental factors which have impact on their functioning in the school,we also focus on the children, introduced instructors to the appropriate ways of addressing the special learning requirement,the need of course also train future instructors on how to identify gifted children and help them to develop their talent.and we  are addressing the problem and the needs identified the assessment of children's and young people development.is one of the main responsibilities of teachers and specialists working with them.psychological and educational support aims to help children fulfill their developmental potential and we create short-time & long-time educational responsibilities day to day activity include :hiring-directing-overseeing daily activities,supervising teachers and caregiver,ensuring the physical environment of the facility is in good condition.meeting with parent,providing training and professional development for staff member,preparing plans and budgets,monitoring financial,establishing/early childhood programs policies.we often divide children's learning into emotional,social,creative,cognitive and physical.watching children about their day reveals that problems solving encompasses all of these areas of developing careers.

my goals/aim of giving education is to grow huge impact of children into product citizen that use their knowledge,talents and learning skills to sustain themselves and help others while pushing the human race forward in area of equality,equity and harmony.and also the incredible ways technology will change education system by next year in the field of studies.the future of the classroom will prediction for the next five years,with some exciting exceptions that education tech will continue push towards individual instruction for students,will impacted the outcome that lead to our achievement through it.children can reach out beyond the walls of their classroom to interact with other students,other teachers,and renowned authors,scientists,and expert to enhance their learning.some of those digital native kids will grow up to become teachers,who will continue to build and use their own communities of learning online.

Barriers that currently exist to accomplish my goals are

(1).lack of infrastructures :for both short-term and long-term.

(2).lack of electricity: which probably can be fixed in the next one year if the resources is made available. 

(3).lack of computer devices/projectors :to achieve my potential goals for next year and for next five years.

financial;we're looking forward to keep developing a childhood career within the community,education both formal and informal new system of  learning,foster inclusive learning environment and opportunities for increased access to education by offering sustainable scalable services. currently children's improve learning outcomes,literacy by 70%,numeracy by 65%,reading by 74% a few keys aim as a larger impact.

Technical;educational technology could facilitate and support the assessment, empirical evidence clearly shows that when school use technology appropriately-and as an essential tools for teaching and learning-like digital board,computer,platform,and students achieving experience as a significant boots impacted the outcome as their likelihood.

legal;community is slow to change and create the improvements that are essential to fostering growth and sustainable school improvement can better integrate opportunities into existing policies and career.

culture;another way school culture is a barriers to meaningful student involvement is through manipulation,help student make better connections between the school curriculum and their personal experience serves as a great impact.

lack of infrastructure :planning to overcome if incentive approve should be provided to encourage and effort requirement to develop and support,infrastructure is faster growth in the educational sector development addressing the shortage of classes. currently we have 9 classroom and 1 computer laboratory, by building additional classrooms with toilets for learning endeavors,internet-connections it use in connecting computer device for each classes for learning the devices,improving sanitary facilities it use for children's health and expanding learning space/environment it use for playing and save securing  etc.

electricity barrier :planning in addressing increasing electrical capacity and its support in learning process grasp the concepts behind teaching with technology experience and revise or develop in lessons that children can use when returns to their classroom or environment.and i intended to use and meet the needs of our potential impact.

computer devices/projector barriers :computer device is important for advance learning in developing careers also projector,pursue using projector would provide better learning for students to reach multiple approaches,enjoy seeing, hearing,and interacting with technology to promote and develop critical thinking skills.

we're going to utilize it to expand our school for childhood development and educational programs designed specifically for children of different age group and providing them with programs  including childcare,daycare,nursery school,pre school,and kindergarten with new system of learning,by expanding children's thinking in technology experience,to promote social skills, children learn to engage with one another to provide a strong foundation and new approaches ,and shift existing practice in ways that will best support building healthy brains and bodies. that could lead to better outcome for children
