Container system has dare weight problem and size limitation problem.
Today 20 million container exists, and 200 million traffic occur per year. To transfer the cargo, container has to 10 turns.
If you have 1000-ton cargo, you need 36pcs container and total dare weight 130ton have to handle.
Shortly container size is not enough for human. Since 1931 container size didn't change but supply and demand does not remain same.
Bulk transportation requires cargo tank washing operations and result is not guaranteed also very risky operation and many accidents occur every year.
Also, cargo quality and cargo quantity loosing because of this concept. Not environmental and not effective.
Covertainer is an elastic cargo bag which is cargo tank size(250m3). Cargo loading in the bag, so cargo tank does not contact with cargo. The bag always uses for same grade cargo so the bag also no need to wash.
With this way we can solve container dare weight and size problem
And cargo tank washing requirement not necessary anymore.
A chemical tanker vessel emitting 5500 ton carbon, consuming 1000 ton fresh water and disposing 15 ton chemical residue during cargo tank washing operations annually.
Phenol, Acrylonitrile, Styreneme Monomer, VAM, etc… all them very cancerogenic and poisinous chemicals and all them disposing to the sea during washings and it is legal as per MARPOL rules.
Simply childeren eating poisoned fishes and fish population reduce because of present system.

We already build 3 pcs small scale (1m3) prototypes and concept proofed.
We would like to build 80m3 and 250m3 bags for test and prove the concept.
We are planning to open workshop in Houston. Houston is common place for chemical liquid cargoes and there is river canal traffic.

After discharge the cargo, vessel has to sail out in empty condition due to tank cleaning matter.
In covertainer concept vessel never sail in empty condition. Vessel can discharge her cargo and immediately ready to load next cargo without leaving the port and without tank washing.
As per our feasibility, oil price may reduce up to 15% at gas station. Simply Covertainer Project may give a new shape to energy transportation.

I'm a chemical tanker captain and I'm disposing 15-ton chemical into the sea every year. is It legal? Yes. As per Marpol rules it is Legal.
Our main technology is rubber and with covertainer transportation concept we will not dispose even one drop of chemical into the sea.
