Our integrated solution comprises of Biomass gasifier and TMSG-DC on a single skid which will be a portable gas based generator works on bio degradable waste. It is a renewable based cleantech product suitable for household applications.
TMSG – DC is a generator that works on Natural Gas or LPG and producing the electricity without any moving parts using Seebeck effect i.e. if there is a sufficient temperature difference between the materials (PN Junction diode) EMF would be generated across the terminals.
Gasification is a process that converts organic or fossil-based carbonaceous materials at high temperatures (>700°C), without combustion, with a controlled amount of oxygen and/or steam into carbon monoxide, hydrogen, and carbon dioxide. The carbon monoxide then reacts with water to form carbon dioxide and more hydrogen via a water-gas shift reaction. Absorbers or special membranes can separate the hydrogen from this gas stream.

Our Indigenous technology TMSG-DC is a blue flame combustion which is the cleanest combustion on earth.
Due to which our product doesn’t emit so much of greenhouse gases during combustion but for calculation we may proceed for 14.2Kg of LPG in one year of combustion in our chamber of 1Sq. Feet with blue flame combusted nearby 31,372 Gallons of LPG.
After calculations,
Total CO2 Equivalent emissions (metric tons) under stationary combustion based product = 178.889 in one year of continuous operation
Total CH4 Equivalent emissions (metric tons) under stationary combustion based product= 0.008784 in one year of continuous operation
Total N2O Equivalent emissions (metric tons) under stationary combustion based product= 0.00188 in one year of continuous operation.
Most of the technology for electricity generation is not eco-friendly as clearly seen in the market. The amount of carbon emissions and greenhouse gases emitted is hazardous to the ecosystem. Also most of the devices have rotating parts which undergo a lot of wear and tear and have low life expectancy. The rate of depreciation of cost with respect to time is considerably fast. In addition if we can think of some technology which uses the inherent fuel available on the site would reduce the cost of transportation and other charges to use the fuel in electricity generation without any combustion with efficiency nearby 70% will be Ideal solution for this.
Paper, Cardboard, Wood, and Textiles: Estimate the percentage or portion of this category in terms of its potential contribution to biomass gasification.
Plant Residues and Food Waste: Calculate the percentage or amount of plant residues, dry leaves, grass clippings, agricultural residues, and food waste that could contribute to biomass gasification.
Organic Livestock Waste: Determine the percentage or quantity of dry livestock waste (straw, dry manure) available for biomass gasification.
Biodegradable Plastics and Natural Fibers: Estimate the portion or percentage of biodegradable plastics made from natural sources and natural fibers that might contribute to the overall feedstock for gasification, considering their suitability.
