Farming desert with sea water

Both, food shortage, And rising sea level dew to climate change

Pumping sea water into the desert requires energy, so we use every drop 3 times to save its costs. We grow fish in tanks as stage 1,  In stage 2, we line stripes of land ( 4 X 20 - 50 ) Meter, depth 0.5 Meter with 2 mm thickness Polyethylene film. Every stripe has a drainage at its end to stage 3. These stage 2 stripes are irrigated with Ammonia rich drainage of stage 1. Stage 2 stripes are planted with Human, Animal usable Halophytes like Salicornia OR genetically modified crops for salt water tolerance, wheat, rice...  . Of course machinery can't step on lined stripes, so we leave a corridor between every two stripes to enable machinery to serve them both ( as shown in the video ) 
 In stage 3 we use the drainage of stage 2 to grow ordinary vegetables through Plastic solar still.

People who live in arid coastal areas or near the sea. It will enable them to produce food without rivers or rainfall.

We allow others even in MIT to perform the trial and spread it.

Farming desert directly with raw sea water in a complete and integrated way never been done before.

This way will help producing food in arid Sahara and will absorb enough sea water to stop expected rise due to climate change

Farming deserts with sea water is in the heart of sustainable development : food production, Inhabiting new areas to help old, over populated areas.....

It's a moderate one, regular plastic film, easy modified machinery, using  halophytes or  modified crops by vegetative hybridization..........
