Action against climate change

In my country liberia , every year  we experience technical heat. Liberia is a home of about  5,536,949 people  as of 2024 population result .  which about 2 million people living in a city.  Last year about 85% of population complain about ultraviolet radiation from the sun. We are experiencing heat because 99 percent of the country's  forest has been destroyed by people  exposing the country to more  heat.  about 30% of  crops were destroyed from   farmers duels to tropical heat across the country just this year.

After I have realized the effects of climate change, and how it affecting the plant which my country liberia is at risk , I recruited a team from diverse background like: 125 organizational leaders which consist of christianity, muslim   etc… including representatives from all the 16 trips in the various counties and district across my country liberia, and founded a one volunteer union called "action against climate change".The purpose of me set up this union is to inference them about the effects of climate change on the planet and how it affect our health and teaching them to do awareness in their respective societies inferencing societies members to take action against climate change. We also found strong cooperation between government, NGO and other businesses .  In so doing I believe that preservation of forest ecosystems is helpful. Sustainable practices like planting new seedlings in deforested areas and reducing the number of trees cut down each year will be  helpful especially as the human population grows. From over 16 trips representatives including over 125 different organizational leaders which composed of my volunteer team (action against climate change) , each representative with his team is responsible for planing 1000 trees and training 500 kids about the Important of trees  every three months in a year. Atleast about 564,000 trees will be available every year with 282,000 kids who know the importance . What I believe is ,  that most of the time our forest can be damaged here in liberia and other Africa countries duels to ignorence or absence of awaken minds in the sense that people can destroy the forest with out knowing the effects it will have on the planet, their lives and the future generations.  For this reason , we tried to focus our awareness on such people explaining the Important of trees to the planet, their lives and the lives of our future generations. However, we believe that Kids are the future. We inspire in them a love of our planet like reading books about trees, we  teach them about forest ecosystems or, exploring a park with them! We also help their understanding grow more about the Important of trees .we also create partnership  with education ministry to train children about the Important of trees.

I believe that
Forests are very good for society and environment . because that home to certain % of the world’s terrestrial biodiversity, through our engagement with conservation, will help to protect  residents  . And the issue of ultraviolet radiation affecting both citizens and crops will all be dismissed . forests provide clean air and water, protect against erosion and etc... and help to regulate the climate by removing carbon from the atmosphere. other forest can  act as a significant carbon sinks, sequestering huge amounts of carbon in tree biomass and soils. If we engage in preventing deforestation and degradation, that   will significantly reduce carbon emissions while staving off the worst impacts of a warming planet which will be a great benefits to over millions of the present and fucture generations of liberia including others around the world.

We have partnership with educational institution to train kids every year which over  34,670 kids have already been trained . And  also my team consist of media team, community awareness team  With specific responsibility . like media team collobarate with all the radio station across the country for awareness on forest conservation which over 75% of the country's radio station are implementing our solutions  like  broadcasting our messages to the liberian people every week . while community awareness collobarate with district head to engage community people about the Important of trees. Which over 80% of the community across the country are implementing our  strategy for forest conservation. And about 78% of the country's population  are limiting the destruction of trees.

 we are operating in all the communities across country. Our messages have been reach to over millions of people across our country which has lead them  implementing our solutions . 

We are applying to gain additional skills, knowledge, strategy or experience from diverse research individual or community to help build us more effective on our field and also receive donation for implementation of our project.

What make our solution innovative is , we work with state holders to put extra law over piece of land that has been selected for forest conservation not to be destroyed by any one.we  help to train little kids who will know the Important of what we are doing even if we become too old that they will implement our strategy in the fucture. And we tried to connect state holders or government to involve in our solutions so that what we are doing will be everlasting.we tried to partner with media team (radio station) across the country to give our messages to the people across every community because most people can destroy the trees with out knowing the effects it has on the planet, their lives and the fucture generations.

we expect our solution to have everlasting and positive impact.our strategy of  preventing deforestation and degradation  which will significantly reduce carbon emissions while staving off the worst impacts of a warming planet for the benefits of present and future generations. Through our solutions have help prevent millions of liberian people of destroying trees duels to their recent awareness of it's important to the planet, and the lives of residents and fucture generations.  And also over millions of kids have learned much about trees through our training. While majority of radio station across the country are also implementing our strategy.

We are looking to see people living freely in an environment with out exprecing from ultraviolet radiation . We expect our solution to reach to atleast 100% of liberian population including 200 millions of world population and also have strong convinent with every residents .  With atleast 100% of residents that will regularly implement,  or follow our strategy in  a daily basis. 

With the aid of technology, we use GPS which give us the  ability to track where every tree is planted on our forest restoration project and compare that to the real planting plan. We also can make adjustments if it’s necessary. Because we believe It’s important that we keep records of where trees are planted so we can adjust our future planting plans accordingly. This give us the  confidence that we can provide the right number and type of trees to restore a forest.  It  also allow us to track every tree we plant on a project so that we can compare this information against an original planting plan. This way, if adjustments need to be made, it  can be made immediately with out difficulty. However, I believe that sometimes, forest can be destroyed by fire base on mistake , in so doing I am working on another technology that will help in this process but it's still under review.

For seniors or executive staffs , we are six. Along with ten junior staffs with  over hundred lower agents and contractors.

We have been on this project for the past three years ago.

I can assure that our solution does not include specific people but everyone from any society and any background .we believe that the effects of climate change can't affect only one person but all angles and also God don't create anyone empty, but has talent  or skills in them that can make things happen positively from any background. We cooperatively work together with out any discrimination .   And provide equal opportunity for everyone with out discrimination . We recruit our staffs from any gender or  background with the qualifications   . 

We generate income through donation from our volunteers, other humanterian organization, including fundraising and applying for award which help us support our services to state holders or community people and they use our services to create positive impact in their environment.which we update our investors about our progress. We also collobarate with other organization which have our same vision.

My plan require making sure that I have the right people in position. I usually choose   board members with care.  meaning that I choose someone who has  plan and passion to stay in their position for longer or who can  easily pass the responsibility onto another trusted person. Also I  carefully select volunteers because I believe volunteer are most likely to donate and they can also be like agent or ambassador in our union . last year we received over 15,000 usd through our volunteers. We also do fundraising because  fundraisers can be a way to bring new potential donors . Like last two years ago we generated over $ 75,000 usd from fundraising.
