Global Air Conditioner (GAC) Mobilization to Reverse all Global Climate Devastations

Solving the Control, rather rolling back of Climate change and its resulting Calamities over all the Earth Globe.

Scale is Cross Continental or Global. All the humanity and all the living animals and plants, both on land and in sea will be saved from all Climate crunches/Calamities and all are to benefit from its promoted normal status, pleasant weather, clean and peaceful atmosphere, streamlined and enhanced rainfalls, enhanced agricultural output, enhanced food supplies, much more jobs, peace and hence much reduced social problems and crimes.  

Mainly, the Global Heating is the major contributor in almost all climate calamities and behind this is 86% role of disabled naturally operated (GAC-I), a part of Global Air Conditioner. The remaining 14% is the contribution of all others; petroleum products, wildfires, explosive use in warfare, nuclear tests, Greenhouse Gasses including CO2 & pollution, Industrial and domestic heating, volcanic eruptions etc. Not only all the people on the Earth Globe (EG), but all living creation also including animal and plant both on land and in sea/Oceans are affected by this problem, some extremely severely and some moderately. These all will benefit from solution in number of ways. The solution presented will start reducing the Global Heat Contents (GHC) and temperature (GHT) and hence,

• Normalize the Global weather peaks resulting from abrupt escape of huge quantity of heat from GHC Heap.
•  reduce the intensity and frequency of all storms, hurricanes and tornadoes.
•  normalize the rainfall intensity and increase their frequencies.
• apply breaks to polar and glacier's ice melting rate and ultimately reverse it and thus avoid the oceanic level growth and submerging of low-level lands and cities.
• Normalize and streamline the rainfalls and thus avoid scariest floods and their aftermaths and in place boost the agricultural, aquacultural and dairy products.
• Avoid scariest landslides and Avalanches and their aftermaths.
• Reduce GHG, pollution and soot and boost pleasant and comfortable atmosphere by reduced cooling power demands, additional normal rains and snowfalls and resulting additional growth of plants and vegetations.
• Reduce heatwaves intensity and frequencies and hence wildfires too. 
• Reduce health, epidemics and Fires hazards by reduced GHT, pollution and soot.
• Reduce huge economic, property and mortality losses.
• Normalized and streamlined rainfalls and pleasant weathers will boost the food supply.
• Reduce the migration, disturbances, difficulties, quarrels, wars and battles enforced and flamed by all the terrible aftermaths of Climate change at all levels.

The highly elevated Global Heating is the reason behind the present Climate change and a huge human blunder of disabling the Naturally operated Global Air Conditioner (GAC-1) since 1960 with its 86% contribution to this, while role of all other contributors is only 14%.

 In 1960, heat input rate to Earth Globe was 2.245 ZJ/year and in 1973 it reached 16.48 ZJ/year after the GAC-I disability initiated in 1960 and completed by 1970. Since then, it is continuously adding on at this rate uninterrupted with minute fluctuations. Since 1960 till 2023 about 973 ZJ additional heat is heaped in the Earth Globe.

Mobilization of unique Global Air Conditioner (GAC) having 3 parts (GAC-I, GAC-II and GAC-III) will not only stop the further heat input to Earth Globe (EG), but also will drain out 973 ZJ additional heat added after 1960 within about 60 years.

Enabling GAC-1 by reversal of Indus Basin Water Treaty (IBWT), the real culprit behind this Climate dilemma will reduce the present heat input into the EG to 2.245 ZJ/year in place of 16.48 ZJ/year. Thus, annual further growth of all problem will reduce to only 14% of its present rate. To block this too and to drain out the said 973 ZJ explosive added after 1960, GAC-II and GAC-III with 9.893 and 15.78 ZJ/year heat dissipation rate potential need mobilization.  

Technology: The scientific base of this is, that water evaporation absorbs heat, and vapors condensation discharges heat to environment. The high solar radiation on the deserts, heats the air and water to vapors and reduce their density. This makes these to rise up to Troposphere (at -70 C) where heat is discharged, and vapors condensed into rainwater return to Earth. When heated air and vapors rise up from the earth surface to Troposphere at the linear eastward speed of the Earth surface, these lag behind the rolling earth as their linear speed at new existing elevation cannot increase to match angular speed of Earth polar rotation and their continuous supply forms a semicircle with respect to earth. After cooling at Troposphere, the air and water trace western semicircle completing the Air Wheel of nearly 10 Km diameter rolling westward, traversing the distance approximately 10 ℼ Km equal to circumference of the Air wheel.

 Indian Air Wheels (IAW) generated by Sun radiation on Chulistan, Rajasthan and Thar/Thal deserts of Pakistan and India near the tropical region roll westward under Earth polar rotation and their onward tracks are navigated over whole the EG, during whole the year (by Sun, Moon and Venus Gravitational traction, centrifugal force enforced by Earth rotation , earth spherical shape and their gyro drift/precession) westward in sequence from east to west stating from Pakistan on Northern Hemisphere till Far-east continuously curling/turning north and then eastward and then their tracks shift to Southern Hemisphere reversing their sequence from west to East from Malaysia and Indonesia to Indian Ocean and Australia toward south, all over the Globe continuously curling/turning south and then eastward(see my paper in EJSIT/ResearchGate). These IAW absorb water from irrigated fields and trees with latent heat of evaporation and further heating. During their rolling between Earth and Troposphere, IAW carry on collecting water vapors+heat from Earth atmosphere and discharging heat to troposphere and rainwater back to earth, where it is again evaporated and returns to Troposphere with new heat supply. This process is continuously repeated again and again (with the same water on Middle east and Sahara without water reaching the earth and evaporating while descending).  This irrigation water is the Freon of GAC-I diverted to India by IBWT.

All population of Earth Globe is suffering from always rising terrible devastations of Climate calamities, to name are terrible heatwaves, wildfires, storms, hurricanes, tornadoes, extreme torrential rains, scariest floods, unprecedented snow and hailstorms, tsunamis, volcanic eruption, draughts, food shortages, epidemics, health hazards, frequent and powerful earthquakes etc. with huge losses and terrible troubles. They will be relieved from all these troubles and will live a trouble-free life in a peaceful and comfortable environment without horrors, worries and any kind of danger with thanks to Nature for facilitations. In short almost all the UNO Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) will be covered by much more than expectations.

The globality of the problem and that of its solution is all evident. Following few may be reviewed in this regard.

1. Heatwave and wildfires trains of 2022 started from Pakistan in wake of irrigation water shortage, collected large heat from Sahara and Saudi Arabia and smothered Europe and Russia in first phase. Thereafter, these collected water from Eastern Russia, China and Northwestern Pacific and smothered Far-east, China, India, Pakistan, and few locations in Middle East with scariest rain and floods.
2. The 2022, flood water trapped for about a year and half in flooded area of Pakistan avoided climate clutches, almost all over the world in 2023. 
3. North Atlantic Hurricane (NAH) and storm intensities and frequencies are fully controlled by irrigation supply of Pakistan, IAW, and Monsoons.
   1. NAH Frequency completely matches with Indus River flows showing them twin of Monsoons.
   2. Their intensity is dependent on temperature in Pakistan elevated by scarcity of irrigation water.  IAW roll vertically till Atlantic Ocean and here some are pushed northward and toppled by the Northward flowing African coastal wind into horizontally rolling cyclones/hurricanes hitting USA and Caribbean countries. Normally, one IAW train is formed to hit UAS with train of two or three hurricane following each other, but in severe situation of water scarcity & thus temperature conditions, 2 or 3 trains moving parallel are initiated separately by  Chulistan, Rajasthan and Thar. Thar train is generally weakened by water evaporation from Arabian Sea, while the other two go safely and thus result in 2(rarely 3) trains of single/multiple Hurricanes traversing the parallel routes.
4. Lunar motivated heat wave in Pakistan at the end of May after every 3 or 4 years in the wake of irrigation water scarcity combined with South Indian industrial heat input too, strikes USA with Hurricane in early June.
5. Evasion of flood waters and entrapped in flooded area both standing on the earth and absorbed in ground in Pakistan provides Freon to GAC and results in reduction of polar and glaciers ice melting rate throughout the Globe.
6. The main aftermath of wildfire in Australia results in severe winter snowfall in USA, Canada, Europe and rains in central Asia and Pakistan.
7. The war in Iraq resulted in severe heatwave in Europe carried on by IAW.
8. Californian Wildfire of USA results in rains and storms in Europe on its east and Philippine, Japan, China, India and Pakistan on its west.

Not me or not my any team are to design and deliver through the presented Solution, it is The God, who has designed, created and assembled this huge Solution system for well beings and facilitations of all living creations of Earth. He has Jolted the mankind with the aftermaths of IBWT blunder to wake up and mobilize this Solution system and showed the way to this through me. The study has been done by me and its results have navigated the mankind to GAC mobilization. The International Community has to engage the UNO and Pakistan to manage it. The design and construction of needed infrastructures have to be done by technical concerns and contractors, while finances too are to be arranged by UNO. The IBWT blunder has been got committed in advance of future needs of mankind to accomplish this without wasting the resources in hap and hazard measures. Moreover, He has suitably managed the financial burdens on all the countries as per their contribution and some well-off countries has been motivated to commit IBWT blunder and hence share 86% of financial burden to facilitate easy financial flows for this system. The delivery of the benefits to the beneficiaries is already arranged by the Nature itself.

The answer to this is from the opposite side.  One part of GAC, the naturally created and operated GAC-I is disabled in about 10 years (1960-1970) by blocking its Freon (and with lag of about 3 years the annual heat addition to Earth Global is raised from 2.235 ZJ in 1960 to 16.48 ZJ by 1973) and thereafter, 16.48 ZJ heat with minute fluctuations is being added to Earth Globe every year continuously. This simply needs to be reversed. The feasibility study of rest is almost complete, and GAC is to be mobilized by International Community. Devine created complex and complete system is ready to deliver, may it be to benefits the human beings through GAC mobilization or be Boosting Devastations by inactivity of worlds ruling class, Scientific Community,  Intelligencia, Media, UNO, Financial Institutions and ICJ etc. in playing their possible role in GAC mobilization.

MIT and Solve are with technical background to understand this grand complex system and they can approach to all the International Institutes and Authorities, and it can properly present the case at all forums and the Authorities believe in their knowhow and technical stature. Thus, Solve is the proper forum to contact for promoting this Solution through GAC mobilization.

The solution is innovative as

1. The major contributor to the problem was not visualized before and hence no other proper, logical, comprehensive solution was present.

2. The components of GAC viz IAW and Freon (water irrigating Pakistan) are both unique throughout the world. No such large deserts are available in the vicinity of tropical region to en-cash solar radiations with immediate and sufficient possible regenerative water availability with required land surface at suitable gradient, required for water surface extension and global wind pattern, needed for IAW generation and immediate Freon (water vapors) feed to fully enable GAC working and then its major working/activity area (Middle east and Sahara) on its guided routes. Then, its governing system of solar, lunar, Venus, Earth mutual location and relative movement for Globalizing the GAC role, is all unique, innovative, Divinely/Naturally furnished with no alternative at all.

3. Most of the supporting components of GAC are all unique too.

4. Global movement of IAW is unique under Global atmospheric movement.

5. It handles almost all Climate problems comprehensively without any competitor.

6. It's all component parts and supporters too are all mutually compatible, placed/fitted suitably and properly by The Nature, while water flow regulation, management and its surface extension are the only window open for human action.

GAC mobilization solution will positively handle all the following SDG of UNO and Catalyze broader positive impacts from others. 

1. No poverty: regular enhanced rains throughout the world (RERTW) will boost agriculture, aquaculture, Dairy, cattle forming and poultry culture (AADCP) with boost in jobs/income.

2. Zero hunger. RERTW will boost AADCP and hence result in zero hunger.

3. good health and well-beings: will boost pleasant weather with GHG, pollution and soot free environment and jobs with financial stable growth and hence good health and well-beings. RERTW will boost clean water availability and crush directly and indirectly water-based health hazards.

5. gender equality: too much jobs availability will reduce gender inequality.

6. clean Water and Sanitations. RERTW will boost clean water availability and help in sanitations.

7. Affordable and Clean energy: It will boost clean and safe with heat, pollution, GHG and soot free Hydropower almost free of cost throughout the world with promoted sustainable, enhanced water flows throughout the world. 

8. decent work and economic growth: mental peace with jobs and financial stability in a pleasant weather and environment will boost this too much.

10: Reduced inequalities:  jobs availabilities will improve this issue.

12. responsible production and consumption: It will promote productions as per demands.  

13.Climate action: will promote all the best climate.

14. Life below water: huge pollution, temperatures control will save the life under water from all threats.

15. life on land. will save and make it peaceful and comfortable through provisions of all needs.

16. Peace, justice and strong institutions: with fulfillments of all needs amicably, social problems will die down promoting these all too much.

17. Partnership for the Goals: Partnership for this is vital and will further promote this with mutual cooperation. 

This solution is based on well-known scientific laws and all its components and parts are Divine’s created all mutually compatible, placed and assembled in a most suitable way and only window for human being is to store the seasonal water flow in dams through directing/diversion channels and manage its flow regulation for water surface extension through irrigation along with rain drainage and hydropower generation systems. The rest all is done by the Nature itself along with pre-formatted time and work frame. The God has willfully got committed some blunders by the human beings, particularly the implementation of Indus Basin Water Treaty (IBWT) and thus jolted mankind to wake up and alerted it of global heating issue after illuminated its severeness and its terrible aftermaths throughout the world and guided to the GAC solution fully furnished with its created completely compatible components well before real trauma. God has jerked this issue and its solution so as to handle it completely/comprehensively without wasting the resources in haphazard measures to handle its slow growth.

Through the IBWT blunder and its worldwide versatile terrible roles, The Creator of Universe has unearthed the vitality and uniqueness of huge complex system of unique 3 parts of Global Air Conditioner (GAC-I, II, III), with

and too many other contributors in this regard, some directly and some indirectly, while some both directly and indirectly acting to promote either present tragic climate trauma or the future most sever and scariest calamities facilitations, subject to the compatible human role.    

This solution covers the whole Earth Globe and it's all living inhabitants, both in sea and on land, including human beings, plants, planktons and animals, all ecosystems with multidimensional benefits including all UNO SDGs, both directly and indirectly in true spirit and sense. The estimate of GAC-I heat dissipation potential matched with the value of Global Heat Contents growth estimated and, on this pattern, the other values and their impact are estimated. 

1. Annual Global heat dissipation budget was estimated to be 40.1 ZJ/year and GHC growth rate 2.245 ZJ per year before 1960 and 16.48 ZJ/year after 1973 were available at net estimated by various scientists and institutions.

2. in Global heat dissipation about 76% was the share of water and rest was that of long and shortwaves radiations and reflection.

3. GAC-I role was estimated to be 14.235 ZJ/year and on these bases that of GAC-II and GAC-III were estimated to be 9.893 and 15.78 ZJ/year by me.

4. water flow growth in Pakistan by re-recycling from 143-180 MAF to 250-393 MAF was estimated by me.

5. water storage potential from only the well-known large storage sites in Pakistan estimated by me was more than 447 MAF. it may be more than 600 MAF if the sites in Baluchistan are included too.

6. Hydropower production potential in Pakistan only from the well-known storage dams was estimated by me to be more than 86000-93000 MW and somewhat similar quantity may be from run off the river too.

7. Roaming of rainfall in time and space has been observed and elaborated by me from the Data presented on Net by NASA Observatory. Both these issues of rainfall roaming enforce multi-year storage and flow regulation strategy in view of GAC full capacity operation for continuous GHC normalized dissipation.

This solution uses well known engineering technologies for development of needed infrastructures to solve the problem faced by all communities and countries on the earth planet and parts of the planet itself. The solution is based on well-known scientific principles of air conditioning.  The parts and components of this Global Air Conditioner (GAC) are created fully compatible and assembled by the nature itself along with all the transmission lines and needed gadgets. The operator, the mankind is forced to commit some blunders so that it may be jolted to operate it. The IBWT blunder was got committed by the financially well-off countries and its relative size is well weighted so as to suitably share the financial liabilities and management responsivities among financially weak and strong countries. Moreover, generally these countries have been placed at forefront of the resulting devastations, so that these may contribute with vision to relieve themselves from terrible disasters. The severeness and gravity of the problem is such that all other mutual indifferences and problems will be dominated and most of these will be solved directly or indirectly as biproduct of the said solution. excluding 3-4 SDC of UNO, all others will be solved amicably, mostly there and then. The solution will regularize and boost the rainfall and hence, most of the water-based problems will be solved. For example, contention on 39 MAF of Pakistani water handed to India by IBWT will be settled with 39 MAF flow to Pakistan and 46 MAF to India, partly as boosted river flow and partly as additional rainfall. Also, the floods disaster will be converted into very much fruitfull opportunities.

It is solution of huge Global worldwide problem and will need UNO management with number of companies, contractures and hundreds thousands of persons to accomplish required infrastructure and thousands to run it. The collaboration of all countries will be needed in technical design and construction with technical manpower, machinery and finances. It will be the biggest project with maximum mutual cooperation and collaboration in history. It will be also unique Global problem solver and benefiting all Earth inhabitants for many Centuries. By promoting this, MITs/Solve will be top scorer in Fame, honor, recognition and praise throughout the world for centuries. 

Since 1990, I was looking at this issue and in 1998 wrote a research paper "Role of Earth Shape and Rotation in Generating and Tracking of Cyclones. Journal of Natural Science and Mathematics, 38, 217-227". In 2015, I noticed huge abrupt everlasting rise in graphs of Global heat Content and Temperatures. This motivated me to searched for its cause. In this search, I found that there are series of human blunders behind this, the severest being IBWT, continuously adding heavily to the intensity of problem and  status of GHC, and its all aftermaths is continuously becoming critical beyond imagination.

I do not have any team. Although project is concentrated only in Pakistan, yet it needs UNO supervisory and management collaborating with Pakistani Authorities and all the countries of whole the world. Uno should divert most of its funds for SDG programs to this project. Its justified, logical and viable financial program is indicated as under.

Financial obligations be place on the contributors to the Global heating as per size of their contribution. Less than 14% is the role of all countries through their use of petroleum products, wildfires, explosive and nuclear fuel use in Wars and active tests and simple way is to charge 14% of all expenses by say 

1. one US$ per barrel petroleum production and one US$ per barrel of its use since 1960. 
2. 5 US$ per acre of wildfire burned area since 1960.
3. 1 US$ per KG of explosive used in wars since 1960.
4. 1 US$ per KG of explosive equivalent of nuclear fuel used in wars and tests since 1960.

The 86% of the expenses be charged from beneficiaries, mangers, promoters and supporters of IBWT at their own mutual settlements.

The billions of jobs in development of needed infrastructure will be for 10-15 years and more than hundreds of thousands everlasting jobs will in running this project here in Pakistan. 

The resulting increased rains over the Globe will boost trillions of the jobs in irrigation, agriculture, aquaculture, livestock, poultry, hydropower production, industries, etc. 

This is huge Naturally created, assembled and developed system with only a small role of human beings in maximum possible extension of water surface in Pakistan and its benefits are all distributed naturally throughout the world to all human beings, animals, plants, planktons both on the land and beneath the water surface. 

The solution comprises of construction of

1. Number of water storage dams with 450-500 MAF and even more for hydropower generation at dams in tandem to en-cash maximum hydraulic head and for flow regulating for GAC optimum performance in multi (37) years lunar motivated water flow cycle.

2. about 7 flood diversion channels.

3. remodeling of number of irrigations canals and drains and construction of many new canals and drains.

4. hydropower generation setups at all potential dams and on the runoff the rivers.

5. more than 8 hydropower generation tunnels.

6. Construction of coastal canal and all possible dams and delivery canals in Baluchistan.

all these available resources are technically feasible.

Finances: There is no other way for all the stakeholders, except to go for its finances and all possible contributions. Also, all financial institutions may also be ready to finance their maximum on behalf of stakeholders, while financial tycoons will be all ready to support for human welfare and relief from Climate calamities. Almost all UNO funds for SDG need diversion to this war against all the Global Climate Dragons. 

Beneficiaries: all mankind are Beneficiaries and will be glade to support the solution.

Natural support: the Nature has made all needed items available, well compatible and meeting the requirements and human being are forced to this and vehemently guided to this for safety and welfare of humanity.

The intensity and gravity of the situation demands that all these components of work be carried out in parallel as far as possible to make GAC operational as early as possible and to avoid the boosting of disasters.

UNO should pass motion to urge all countries to contribute for14% share of expenses as per their role in Global heating. It may be (say) 1 US$ per barrel of petroleum production and 1 US$ per barrel of its consumption and 5 US$ per acre of area burned by wildfire since 1960. The rest 86% share be paid by IBWT beneficiary and its promotors/supporters at their own arrangements/settlements.  

Success of this is confirmed by following events.

a. 2022 Heatwave and wildfires trains started from Pakistan in wake of irrigation water shortage, collected large heat from Sahara/Saudi Arabia, smothered Europe and Russia, thereafter, collected water from Eastern Russia, China and Pacific and smothered Far-east. China, India, Pakistan, and few locations in Middle East with rains and floods.

b. The 2022 flood water entrapped in Pakistan for 1 1/2 years and squeezed climate clutches in 2023 over all the Globe. 

c. NAH and storm are governed by IAW, Monsoons and particularly their intensity by scarcity of irrigation supply in Pakistan.

d. Matching of NAH Frequency with Indus-River flows show them twin of Monsoons.

e.  IAW roll vertically till Atlantic Ocean and here some are toppled into horizontally rolling hurricanes pushed northward by African coastal wind hitting USA and Caribbean Countries.

f. 2-3 trains of NAH going parallel at a time have root in 3 IAW trains initiated by 3 deserts: Chulistan, Rajasthan and Thar.  Generally, 1-2 and rarely 3 of these survive and hit USA. Thus, generally one NAH train hit UAS following each other in tandem, but in sever irrigation water scarcity in Pakistan & thus hard temperature conditions, train of two or three IAW go safely and result in parallel traversing 2 or 3 Hurricanes trains.  If these multiple Hurricanes are close together, may that be moving in tandem or parallel, they merge together to form a huge Hurricane of 20 to 30 km diameter.

g. Lunar motivated heatwave in Pakistan at the end of May after every 3 or 4 years in the wake of irrigation water scarcity combined with heat input by South Indian industries strikes USA with Hurricane in early June.

h. Evasion/entrapping of flood waters in Pakistan provides Freon to GAC and results in reduction of polar and glaciers ice melting rate throughout the Globe.

i.  Australian wildfire results in severe winter snowfall in USA, Canada, Europe and rains in southern Asia.

j. The war in Iraq resulted in severe heatwave in Europe.

k. Wildfire in USA results in rains and storms in Europe on its east and Philippine, Japan, China, India and Pakistan on its west.
