Ensure better Childhood

1. Early Childhood is commonly ignored by the common people in the country. 

2. Sensitize the people, especially, the parents, caregivers, educators, commmunity about the proper formation and care at Early Childhood stage.

3. Early Childhood is the stage where the overall development of the person begins. If proper formation and care are given at this stage, the world would get the gifts of glorifying global citizen who could be the contributors to the better world of peace, prosperity and positivity.

Proper formation and care is literally not maintained properly not only in my country, it is a global issue. Children are not getting their proper childhood which hinders their proper development. I think it is the big problem to be addressed to in order to get a better future and better world.

I am an Educator and Trainer. I can reach out to people through seminars, conferences and personal contact. It would be possible to contact people of various locality, arrange get together and build awareness among people who are involved in Early Childhood development of the community, schools  in my country. They get a guideline to their efforts in bringing up their children.

As an educator of leadership role and a trainer/facilitator have interaction with the parents and other educators to discuss, share, take initiative and implement ideas for the proper development of the children through workshops and meetings.

It would be solely my personal initiative to Sensitize people who are involved in Early childhood stage of children to help them grow as they are, to bring out the best potentials in them, encourage rather than impose, give them a free spirited lives instead of making them automatons.

My strategy will be to start with the people from where they are, address their needs. Approach with the solution that comes from them. Solution will lead to solutions before something is counted as a problem.

As far as to my knowledge, overall development at Early childhood stage has not been addressed in that sense other than only the health issues. In that case it will be something very new and innovative concept in my country.

I will start independently and will form the team wherever I will conduct the program. My intention is to reach to various levels especially to the less privileged ones.

Will need a laptop, microphones, projector, video equipments from capturing to final product to facilitate and document the discussions which will lead to solutions from the solution.

As my such initiative for the Primary level worked out very well in the places where I contributed. So I feel confident to go for Early Childhood program in a wider scale.

Currently nil. After my completion can tell the number of people served. As the task will be a random start...it is difficult to give the statistics now.

Just work for the establishment of the proper formation and care of the children to ensure their overall development.

Program arrangement, support the travel, conveyance and other practical expenses of myself and other people whom I will include in this program. Purchase necessary equipments and resources and materials, refreshments for the participants, motivational items etc.
