Impact: this can improve the lies of millions of kids in rural areas with no access to quality pre schooling with better academic outcomes and school preparedness and higher income and improved economic status of kids from bottom of the pyramid families
We are addressing the challenge of non availability of early childhood education option in the rural and semi urban areas which results in poor learning outcomes and school readiness of kids in these areas and thus leads to unemployment or poor economic status
Bottom of the pyramid population with lower economic and social status, kids of uneducated parents who are daily wage earners and wish their kids for better future through education and better skills
Making education available, affordable in the hinterland to prevent migration to urban areas driven by the education needs of parents with poor economic status at the same time stemming urban migration through provision of employment in rural areas through our initiative

Most early childhood education options are Limited to urban areas, there is no such facility available for under privileged kids in rural area, this results in poor learning outcomes and no academic achievement by such kids and poor employ ability.
Our Initiative is to provide affordable early childhood initiative in rural area in the neighborhood involving teachers from local community and the school operator from the same locality.

we have around 500 students whom we are imparting early schooling as part of our initiative and we engage 50 teachers and support staff at 7 locations in Rural India these are all locally available talent and hence we are not at all encouraging employment related migration

We have been trying to increase our reach by making people aware of our initiative and also educating people as to how they can get associated with our venture and contribute for a just cause and thus help their community and also the kids in the local area apart from from socio-economic benefit

No we have no tie-up with any organised players, our venture is being incubated at Indian Institute of Management Calcutta innovation Centre and we are one of the incubatee company with no financial support but tactical support and a place to operate
Our business model is based on self operated rural Pre-schools with local partner on revenue sharing basis.
We charge a very nominal fee less than quarter of a dollar per day which for a month equals one days earning of Parents, apart from affordability we are concentrating on accessibility by opening schools in remote locations so that no child is deprived of opportunity to access early schooling in the vicinity at a very affordable rate.
The fee-for-service model of social enterprise commercializes its social services, and then sells them directly to the target populations or "clients," individuals, firms, communities, or to a third party payer.

Also AI will help us monitor the progress of each kid centrally and give feedback to teachers thus help us improve the efficacy of our academic content delivery.

Yes, our venture involves local community in all our schools and employ only local female workforce. This is for female empowerment in rural areas by making them economically independent through employment in neighborhood by imparting specially designed training from academic experts who are experts in the area of childhood education.
This gives them learning opportunity and increases their self worth at the same time improves the plight of a rural family through employment
yes, we will use it for expansion, the money will help us to expand our reach and invest in manpower and the development of human resources which will further enhance our service delivering capability and increase our out reach and target population that we plan to serve
