QUANTUM VACUUM ENERGY

By creating an alternative energy source based on quantum vacuum energy, our proposals envision a disruptive and radical solution to the consequences of climate change that now include, among others, intense droughts, water shortages, severe fires, rising sea levels and temperatures, flooding, melting of the poles, catastrophic storms and declining biodiversity. The problem affects the more than 8 billion inhabitants of our planet and the diverse forms of life on it; essentially produced by human action, either by the use of fossil fuels or by human action divorced from a balance in the use and exploitation of our planet's resources. Our Alternative Energies proposal is based on the energy of the quantum vacuum discovered in 1913 by Otto Stern (1888-1969) and Albert Einstein (1879-1955).

In simple words, in 1913 Einstein and Stern found an immense source of energy present in nature, which is not polluting like oil, coal or nuclear energy. This energy is Infinite and is present throughout the universe. The "vacuum" in physics is rather like an agitated cauldron that boils fiercely. The energy density of this boiling cauldron is so great that it is staggering. Richard Feynman, one of the world's top 10 physicists, said that "the vacuum energy contained in a glass of water could evaporate all the world's oceans." From the point of view of comparing our solution with respect to fossil fuels and nuclear energy, not only is it relevant that quantum vacuum energy is non-polluting and does not generate toxic or radioactive waste, but also that the efficiency and energy contribution is much higher. Current alternative energy sources such as wind or solar have major limitations in terms of efficiency due to their dependence on climate and their extensive space requirements for installation and the permits and environmental impact studies that these facilities require. On the other hand, the West is highly dependent on the hegemonic power that China represents for the manufacture of this type of technologies; not only because it concentrates more than 80% of the mining of strategic metals (copper, lithium, cobalt, nickel and rare earths, among others) to produce these technologies, but also because it dominates almost 90% of the processing of these mineral resources. This situation is highly counterproductive for current and future geopolitical scenarios.

In the Present project the construction of a Mega Factory linked to the Energy generation sector based on the construction of Quantum Vacuum Energy Generators of massive use for cities, industrial, domestic and transport use, serving the demand in Asia and that under high quality standards can be exported all over the world. A first line of products consists of: Generators for industrial use, domestic use, for transportation (vehicles, trucks, buses and airplanes) and generators for massive use for cities. The energy obtained from these generators can be transformed into electricity, light or heat (even reaching optimal temperatures to work with metal-mechanical or iron and steel processes associated with smelting furnaces) without any additional converter device. Generation of Energy that is quantified at a negligible cost with respect to any energy resource at present (Oil, Coal, Gas or Nuclear); without environmental repercussions for being a clean energy and with an infinite capacity of use.

Consists of three elements: 1.-A starting laser whose beam is red wavelength = 670 nm (Laser 1); which passes through a second element called Vacuum Cavity (No Air); which is at a temperature of 1500 degrees Celsius; where, by the effect of temperature on the Quantum Vacuum Energy; wavelength of Laser 1 will be reduced, to become a Violet laser wavelength = 405 nm (Laser 2). This last element (Laser 2) when leaving the Quantum Drill, is directed to a very thin sheet of a very low density material to be drilled. The inner workings of the Quantum Drill have the ability to increase the energy of Laser 1 by up to 40% (and thus its power) by simply increasing the temperature of the Vacuum Cavity to 1500 degrees Celsius.

The practical utility of industrial use of this type of tools; is that with the same Quantum Drill we can drill several types of materials; just by regulating the temperature of the vacuum cavity (without air); without the need to change the working laser or buy several lasers of different energy and power ranges; in order to drill different materials (iron, aluminum, glass and others); which generates a positive impact on the reduction of production costs and purchase of machinery in companies.

The Quantum Drill is a prototype developed from the proven Physical Theory of the Technologist Olinto Rosales, president of the company Tecno Saber 3000 CA; which is called "Theory of Quantum Vacuum Energy Gravitation".

The world has no choice between avoiding climate change and continuing to bet on the market: in fact, climate change is the market's greatest failure". This powerful statement is taken from the famous Stern Review, produced in 2006 by London economist Sir Nicholas Stern and his team of researchers at the London School of Economics on behalf of the British government. Considered to be one of the most rigorous and influential studies to date on the impact of the climate crisis on the world economy, the Stern Review concluded that, based on the formal models developed by the IPCC panel of experts, the cost of the damage caused by climate change to the economy could amount to a loss of between 5% and 20% of global GDP by mid-century. But in addition to revealing the scope of the problem, not from an ecological or environmental point of view, but from a strictly economic one, and detailing in detail the causes of its devastating impact on the markets, the study led by the former vice-president of the World Bank, extended a recipe for preventing the damage from rising to these levels. A treatment based on mitigation and adaptation. "On the contrary," the study states, "if the necessary measures are taken, such as reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, to avoid the worst-case scenarios described by science, the estimated cost in economic terms of climate change could be limited to 1% of global GDP.

The risk analysis team of the Swiss Re Institute, based in Zurich, has prepared the report 'Changing climates: the heat is (still) on', which insists on describing climate change as one of the greatest threats to the world economy and warns of the increase in economic losses associated with extreme weather phenomena, which are becoming increasingly severe and recurrent. In their analysis, the team of researchers has been able to determine the degree of threat faced by the 36 countries most at risk from such events caused by climate change, as well as to define the new risk landscape facing the entire world. And its conclusions coincide with the forecasts of the Stern Review in 2006, for among them it warns that "if global warming continues on its current trajectory, the world could lose between 7% and 10% of GDP by mid-century".

Regarding mitigation actions, basically focused on reducing GHG emissions, the report estimates that a cumulative global investment gap of more than $270 trillion would need to be filled to achieve net zero emissions by 2050 and highlights that there is ample scope to channel more private capital into this area. For example, at $5.6 trillion, the sustainable debt market is still small (less than 5% of global bond markets), and of new global debt issuance, only about 5% is ESG-labeled. In fact, less than 2% of adaptation finance currently comes from private sources.

It is a matter of understanding what Stern pointed out in 2006, namely that climate change is the greatest enemy of the global economy.

Our company has developed a diverse range of physical and theoretical models that offer the possibility of creating a proven Physical Theory; that allows to study the behavior of the Quantum Vacuum energy and to take advantage of its use for the benefit of humanity; theory denominated "Theory of the Gravitation of the Vacuum Energy"; only our company owns the necessary knowledge to be able to develop this type of Energy. We have a physical model validated by the National Center for the Improvement of Science Education CENAMEC of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, called: Simulator of Atoms and Molecules (S.A.M. 3D).

After being evaluated and validated by the Venezuelan Ministry of Education with the help of CENAMEC (The National Center for the Improvement of Science Education), an entity attached to the Ministry and authorized to issue its validation, it was determined that S.A.M. 3D provides a number of educational benefits, among which we can mention:

The Simulator of Atoms and Molecules 3D (S.A.M.3D) is a pedagogical and research instrument of the latest generation, capable of providing an experiential incursion into the world of atoms, simulating their three-dimensional shape and how they come together to form molecules.

The operation of this invention is based on a sculpture of 1.64 meters high covered with LED bulbs that light up according to the orders of a computer with the help of electronic circuits that serve as an interface. Additionally, S.A.M.3D has an accessory called a mirror labyrinth that was designed with the intention of recreating optical illusions.

The software of this invention consists of a kind of virtual periodic table; where you can click on buttons identified with internationally known chemical symbols of the atom or molecule to be simulated. The S.A.M. 3D simulator should be turned on in a preferably dark classroom. Usually when we present S.A.M. 3D in schools, congresses or universities for reasons of time and space; we set up an exhibition stand with air conditioning, microphones and Video Beam that serves as an itinerant classroom.

Albert Einstein said that "Learning is experience, the rest is information". The ingenious S.A.M. 3D represents, according to its application, a technologically different and improved innovation; since, in a magical and surprising way, after lighting up in the dark, atoms such as hydrogen (H), fluorine (F) or carbon (C) and molecules such as ammonia (NH3) and water (H2O) among others, begin to float in the air; in a very reliable way to the postulates of quantum mechanics, implying a version very close to reality. In this order of ideas S.A.M. 3D manages to represent the electronic configuration of the atoms that constitute the first two periods of the "Periodic Table", starting from Hydrogen (Z=1) to Neon (Z=10), as well as complex geometries such as tetrahedral, pyramidal, octahedral, etc., which imply the formation of molecules.

As never before, this bold and pioneering recreation is done while simultaneously respecting and materializing scientific laws such as Pauli's exclusion principle, Hund's Rule, Aufbau's principle or the laws of chemical bonding. The versatility of the S.A.M. 3D design allows the simulation of molecular phenomena according to the electron pair repulsion theory (an additional classical molecular model, but of great scientific utility). This second theoretical tool exemplifies electrostatic repulsion and how the electron pairs in the valence orbitals can be arranged around the atom to be as far apart as possible to generate a highly stable molecular geometry. By applying this classical theory, it is possible to simulate the geometry of more than 60 types of molecules with the same structure.

For the transcendence of the Simulator of Atoms and Molecules (S.A.M. 3D) in the educational and research area, in 2014 the president of the company Technologist Olinto Rosales was accredited as Class A Innovator by the program of stimulus to research and innovation PEII-2014 of the Ministry of Popular Power for University Education, Science and Technology of Venezuela. 

For years, the Simulator of Atoms and Molecules (S.A.M. 3D) has been promoted, presented and divulged in multiple scientific and technological congresses in Venezuela and abroad.  

In the year 2002 during the participation in the Ist Iberoamerican Congress of Chemical Engineering students and related careers..., at the Universidad de los Andes, Centro Cultural "Tulio Febres Cordero", Mérida, Mérida State. PHD. H. Scott Fogler of the Department of Chemical Engineering of the University of Michigan-USA, had the opportunity to witness the operation of the Simulator of Atoms and Molecules (S.A.M. 3D); recognizing it as a "fantastic work" leaving his testimony in writing. PHD. H. Scott Fogler has more than 200 publications in the area of petroleum research and has received more than 4 million dollars from government agencies and private companies for research in his laboratory.

The Simulator of Atoms and Molecules (S.A.M. 3D), has been the research and modeling tool; which has allowed the development of the new Physical Theory called "Zero Point Energy Gravitation", which allows to deepen and develop the knowledge of the atomic structure of matter and Zero Point Energy (Quantum Vacuum Energy) in a more optimal way than Quantum Mechanics.

The scientific theory developed and called "Zero Point Energy Gravitation" has six Hypotheses that have been proven:

5.- The Energy of light traveling through the two-phase fluid increases as the temperature of the fluid increases and that this is only proportional to the frequency for a defined temperature value.  

6.- The energy of light traveling in a two-phase fluid (whose temperature increases progressively) depends on the temperature, corresponding to a behavior similar to that defined by Wien's displacement law.
