According to the World Health Organization (WHO), 8.5% of adults aged 18 years and older had diabetes globally. This disease is caused by the pancreas failure to produce enough insulin or when the body cannot effectively use the insulin it produces. If this disease is not addressed, it will lead to the death of more than 1.5 million people globally.
Besides that, we are solving the problem of high Poverty levels among farmers and High levels of youth unemployment/unemployment in Uganda which currently stands at 70% of the total population.
Mandela Coffee is a grounded organic coffee which contains the mineral magnesium and chromium which lowers the rates of diabetes when consumed by an individual. The blend of these nutrients is helpful for improving insulin sensitivity, which help to offset the opposite effects of caffeine hence reducing diabetes disease globally.
