Home Value Chain on Web3 to fight Global Home Shortage
- Philippines
- Hybrid of for-profit and nonprofit
Home Shortage is a complex problem to solve. Our performance systems are created to unlock supply chain traps, knowledge traps, capital traps, and poeverty traps, from incumbent power structures of our present era. We have four performance systems that will be released on the new internet called web3.
For context, it takes around 12 months to construct a home on average around the world. That is why in the the Philippines alone, the average new homes is just about 140,000 per year. Globally, our normative productivity rates are a result to our socio-political knowledge structures and material incumbents which are mostly composed of institutional knowledge, cement, and steel. Our homes which is a designed fixed asset to last a lifetime on our lands and takes a lifetime of savings to execute, restricts the possibilities of any improvement on affordability, access, and any form of regeneration. Our view on sustainability is thus NOT related to material tapering and consumption diets that give credence to depopulation and other paths to a minimized humanity. We thus view sustainability as a solutions calls to attain the maximum for humanity for it is in our maximized outcomes that we can better take care of ourselves and others.
We have 4 performance systems:
Supply Traps
Supply chain industry encompasses the value chain arrangement of an industry. This represents their total commercial effectiveness, relationships, as well as gaps and entrenchments by a few. We have released what we call, “Bidding Games” where in Peers in the blockchain are given protocols to deal match and invite other Peers for protocol alignment for more meaning deal fulfillments. This performance system helps dissolve market inefficiencies for all Peers in the value chain.
Knowledge Traps
Building science is an allied science of composed of architecture, civil engineering, electrical, sanitary, and other supporting engineering disciplines. This industry is deeply fragmented and its knowledge distribution logics are adversarially arranged. As a result, process wastes are vast that trickles down into the value delivery chain painstakingly, compounds inefficiencies all throughout. System engineering, meanwhile, is an experimental science popularize by NASA and DOD in the US for critical space missions and defense operations, which is a robust method for system discovery, solutions generation, functional verification and validation and component engineering. We have an AI model that will deliver system engineering building science in the context of additive manufacturing and component engineering that covers BioWare, Hardware, and Software, for the home building industry. Carbon reduction can thus easily be added as one of the objective functions.
Capital Traps
The concentration of capital dictate the trend of real estate projects, hence limits the array of product ranges for the built environment. We will be releasing what we call “Fund Calls” that are patterned to crowdfunding but without the transaction risk of under subscription using web3 protocols. Supplement to that is a “Vote Call” that employs stakeholders to join in the decision making process using decentralized organization protocols on web3, the latest version of the internet.
Poverty Traps
Land prices are steep because of the expected lifecycle that we invest to the fixed asset that takes a lifetime to save, moreover, material incumbents such as cement and steel limits our mobility to relocate due to the lifecycle design that are embedded on the design intent. Why can’t we bring our homes with us when we transfer to new land, and why can’t we add an extension to our house from Walmart every time we can afford. Our present homes are designed as if it is intended for us to be stuck in one place and in one debt. What we need a lighter material so we can make homes like how ants do but as strong as our codes will permit which will allows us to regenerate, support our natural mobility, and allow to be altered by dynamic income freely and with full salvage value. In other words, we need a better operating model that demstyifies and transcends home building just like other human related skills like cooking, driving, and gardening.
We have this light weight material and can also withstand 310kph hurricanes, and can save up to 70% emissions compared to its steel and cement counterparts.
Social Impact
1. Carbon Credits - According to a recent study, operations is the leading carbon emitting sector more than material consumption. This is the total energy spent on producing a home which encompasses logistics, manpower, and production which is attributed to the fact that it takes one year to finish a house. If housing delivery cycles are cut to 90%, there goes your expected energy savings. Let alone what we can garner from material innovation. Our lifecycle assessment studies confirm that we can save up to 70% energy using Fiberglass Reinforced Polymer compared to its steel and cement counterparts.
2. Dwelling Assurance for Homeless- The compounded effects of our performance systems provides a new insurance model for social housing for communities that are below the poverty line. The re-optimization of supply, capital, knowledge, and materials, we will be able to create an atmosphere of access, affordability, and regeneration, to supplant our present human condition on home building and utility.
3. Micro-entrepreneurship - Small scale entrepreneurs would have the opportunity to thrive on blockchain and AI. Business process development that requires expensive digitization from ERPs would be unnecessary as blockchain ecosystem members would reward community members with the best virtue which is a feature of an equitable market.
I have been in the construction industry since I was born. The performance systems is a brain child from being an executive in our construction family business and a culmination of profound experiences, combined with some western education.
- Adapt cities to more extreme weather, including through climate-smart buildings, incorporating climate risk in infrastructure planning, and restoring regional ecosystems.
- 9. Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure
- Prototype
2 out of 4 performance systems have an MVP and is at Mainnet. Our Pre-Engineered Home Structures are available in the Philippines from a country distributor. Our P2P marketplace meanwhile is available in mainnnet and still building an inchoate community worldwide. The other remaining 2 performance systems are still under development awaiting legal clearances, financing sponsorships, and some research elements.
Im hoping to gain insight on global deployment, social capital brand credibility, and network contact per continent, and be able to stitch all of these into a cohesive executive agenda. Financing would be secondary but it is also important to have social validation.
- Financial (e.g. accounting practices, pitching to investors)
- Product / Service Distribution (e.g. delivery, logistics, expanding client base)
- Public Relations (e.g. branding/marketing strategy, social and global media)
System engineering has never been applied to the building science. Fragmented allied building sciences holding institutional knowledge are fragmented and designed to deliver the solution top down. Top down methods starts with the concept, and then transforms into engineering and actual builds. Our system engineering starts with sub-systems that build programmable outcomes that allow a more wider solution space. We call it bottom-up methods, or in more crude terms, the “legalization” of components. Although the description might be banal, it becomes interesting when components include not just physical parts, but also including artifacts of hardware, software, and bioWare. When we think this way, we start to appreciate the DNA of the entire build process, and this opens our eyes into countless avenues of optimizations and innovations.
How to deliver systemic changes in the built environment is another challenge that is why we call them performance systems. In a sense these performance systems is our curation of a kind of bug designed to alter the norms of the industry in a light of pragmatism rather than theory.
Implicit rationality is what we bank on, this means that all actors will act on their own self-interest. A substantial savings on a purchase, a time savings on a process, are all contributing to life's advancement and life goals. While the previous internet, Web2, has transformed commerce from connectivity which we all can appreciate, the next internet called Web3 will provide more sustained value from connectivity itself since value an now be technologically encapsulated in a form of a token. This feature is an wanted event or feature for a heightened electrified world outlook and will add a new vector to the velocity of value exchanges thus translating directly to productivity leaps. We already know that productivity is directly related to a nation’s GDP.
Housing affordability, housing access, housing build cycle, are all of one coin so to speak. If a person’s domicile or shelter will be covered quite neatly and secured, then more time can be devoted to happiness, wellbeing, recreation, and relationships, let alone other nagging life goals such as food and education. Although spirituality must be the first goal, at least for myself. The burden of work for a human being will be significantly reduced when shelter is covered, and also reducing the pressure on governments to serve social housing.
Our intuition to represent the built environment into a system science and our comfort to operate in blockchain and new materials, has allowed us attain new performance features that are delivered to be used for the deconstruction, decentralization, and democratization of power systems. We are using Deep Learning Multi Modal Transformers, Model Based System Engineering, Light Weight Composites, Public Blockchains like Solana, and other web3 infrastructure tools like smart contract protocols. We have 3 products in one digital platform, and 1 analog product. And we also have marine cargo boats for home shortages that have archipelagic contexts like the Philippines which are only mentioned now.

Diversity is about the mind which encompasses opinion, intellectual discourse, dialogue. It's more than the superficial skin color, race, or gender orientation. Diversity is also about how merits can be appreciated and accepted for the entire community without bias, with compassion, with respect.
We use tokenization and upselling point of sale percentage commissions. We don't believe on monthly fees and subscription which tax the consumer to long term survival.
- Individual consumers or stakeholders (B2C)
Some of our products can reach the market faster which can fuel some products that may take more time to execute and release. We are also applying to many forms of grants. We are also raising capital from token sale aside from equity. We are independently funded to date.
