3asyR, which actually means easier, is a Google Chrome plug in that helps dyslexics and other people with learning difficulties to have an easier and better online reading experience.
There are more than 700 million dyslexics on the planet and many more with other kinds of reading disabilities. Being a dyslexic myself, I always struggled with reading, which discouraged me from reading for many hours any books. as for example skipping lines, words or even whole paragraphs and losing focus of the meaning. Nowadays with technology being part of everyday life, all these people face the same difficulties with online texts.
The unique character of 3asyR is its friendly and easy-to-use design. The idea is to transform online reading by making it as easy and fast as conventional reading, where users can customise tools according to their needs and avoid confusion connected to their reading disability.Users' feedback indicates that with 3asyR readers can keep better track of what they read, follow the text word-by-word and remain focused, compared to other products on the market that are less user-friendly.
Our target market are all individuals with dyslexia or any other learning disabilities, along with everyone who would like to benefit from a faster and easier online reading experience. In addition, 3asyR’s proposed news, educational and business versions will be specifically designed to cover the respective needs of each market in mind. Targeting for universities, schools, private education institutions with the basic edition and publishers (newspapers, magazines, online portals, libraries, large databases, encyclopaedias) with the full-scale launched version, the company aspires to make 3asyR part of the reading experience of millions of students and customers worldwide.

The competitive advantage is that there is no similar tool right now in the market to allow the user to highlight the words on their own by clicking the text and move the mouse to the right, just like a marker does. Additionally, in the business version there are more colors and font size options for the user to choose. Finally, the tool saves all changes automatically to the websites the user visits offering a customized experience.
It is estimated that there are more than 700 million dyslexics in the world and many with other types of learning disabilities that are our main target market. But we can also add all people who browse online and want to make online reading easier.
The target group are individual users with dyslexia or any other kind of learning disabilities, as well as businesses that want to enhance their corporate social responsibility and make their websites friendlier for these people.
In regards to our international potential, making 3asyR available to everyone with its unique and simplified design and the fact that it can be applied on any online platform regardless the language creates strong international potential for the product.
Additionally, we plan on making 3asyR available on mobile devices, PDF readers, e-books which will make it more accessible and adjustable to the needs of all our users.

3asyR works on subscription basis for individuals, businesses or publishers. The pricing structure will be defined later in the process and we will test different prices in the market. We have identified two (2) sales groups:
• B2C – for those dyslexic willing to pay and install the process
• B2B – Publishers or enterprises that would pay based on an annual fee and will offer the services labelled “Dyslexic-friendly”
The main factor is the existing and new competitors in the field. The market research identified that in the past, there have been very few attempts to resolve the issue with products having close similarities to 3asyR.
The main reason is that dyslexia and learning disabilities have been more widely recognised as a condition only in the past 2-3 decades. Also, considering that the digitisation of education is a new and still ongoing phenomenon, the attempts made to improve the constantly evolving conditions are quite a few.
