We have identified new sources of data gathering and analysis, we have also integrated existing and novel data sets and from our analysis we have been able to create a tech driven implementation strategy that serves as a real time surveillance dashboard in combating antimicrobial resistance so it does result to pandemic
According the institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation in 2019 there were sixty four thousand five hundred 64,500 you deaths attributable to Antimicrobial Resistance and two hundred and sixty three thousand four hundred death 263, 400 deaths associated with Antimicrobial resistance
Presently Nigeria being the sixth most populated country with an approximate populace of 226 2 million ( statista December 2023) and the fact that Nigeria also being open to easy access to antimicrobial, in that citizens are allowed to patronize unlicensed medical vendors, while farmers all allowed unethical agricultural practices is an indication of the fact that the outbreak of Antimicrobial Resistance could result from contaminated from multiple factors such as falsified antimicrobial, Climate change. Environment pollution etc; consequently
we are mitigating the above causes through awareness, capacity building and through the introduction of AMRS kit and digital strategies
Our solution will serve most vulnerable and undeserved people in Nigeria and other low income countries
Our solution addresses the health, environmental and food safety needs of low income populace
The target audience we are working to help are poor people in low income communities, low income earners/ families, small holder’s farmers in undeserved communities, as well as clinicians, health workers and other health, food and environmental stake holders in low income countries and most vulnerable communities
We seek to support them through human empowerment, capacity building training, and through the distribution of AMRS Kits
We engage them practically to understand their needs, we also get involved practically with them by situating some of our farms and project in their immediate communities, we engage their community heads, farmers and processors and .we also visit and use their community health centers in order to understand their agricultural health and environmental needs. We often engage them inn a one on one feedback interaction through questionnaires and interviews
- Scale: A sustainable project or enterprise working in several contexts, communities or countries that is looking to scale significantly, focusing on increased efficiency
- Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
- Biotechnology / Bioengineering
- Internet of Things
- Software and Mobile Applications
- Virtual Reality / Augmented Reality
The public good that my solution provide is creating awareness through community and media publication/sensitization, training and capacity building; about Antimicrobial resistance one health crises and how it can be prevented and managed against outbreak of pandemic
our solution is a great tool for policy makers, health workers, food tech companies, agricultural tech companies and the general public in low and high income countries, because our solution is not in any way discriminatory
We engage in Free training for farmers and food processors on how to engage in best Agricultural Practices and standard Operation Procedures for safe and uncontaminated foods, proper hygiene and best ways to access and use antibiotics.
Our Mobile App will be launched for free but may attract certain maintenance fee in future. But our USSD/SMS tools are absolutely free because they are meant for the poorest among the poor in low income communities and all of these are counted to be public good
More there would be distribution of free kits to most vulnerable people should we have access to funding

Our solution will create tangible impact in that it will help in creating more awareness about the AMR global health challenge and how it can be prevented and effectively managed
, Our solution will help underserved and most vulnerable populace in low income country understand the danger of AMR and how it can affect their businesses, finances the danger it imposes on their lives at large if not prevented and /or properly managed.
it will therefore help them in the prevention of the transmission of bacterial infectious disease, in the management of antimicrobial resistance in human as well as equip them with measures on how to prevent future outbreak of bacteria infectious diseases.
Gracefm Seda Services have been over the years been involved in health and wellness through food and agricultural related project our engagement of small holder’s farmers Nigerian AgResult Aflsafe Pliot Project that earned us the if design publication and our participation in MIT Solve previous health related challenges are substantial proofs and evidences to support our existence and strength
We will scale our impact the next one year by launching our Mobile App and USSD/SMS tools, while creating more awareness and preventive measures through community sensitization, adverts, health seminars and free capacity building and training services
Presently we have a plan of setting up Agric/food Research institute that would help empower farmers and food processing on best agricultural practices and standard operation procedures for safe and uncontaminated food, however We would scale in the next three years by using our users feedback report to upgrade our solution to consumers/users most affordable standard, we would ensure that we engage all stake holders for proper implementation Stake holders include the Government , Policy makers, health workers and Licensed commissions
The reason for partnership is to ensure that our solution is used to prevent transmission of bacterial infections at home, at work and even on transit
We are measuring success against our impact goals from data and report gotten from our clients and users We presently monitor and evaluate our impact through our feedback report gotten from our participant and users of our products
Our consumer base report shows that we are making steady progress in attaining milestone
Consequently the official launching of our App and USSD/SMS will make our feedback report and monitoring and evaluation process less cumbersome, was feedback report will be automated

The major challenges that are posing threat to the accomplishment of our goals in the next one year and in the next 3 years are
1) Lack of Funds - this is a major challenge. However we are hopeful that we win the Antimicrobial Resistance Challenge, however we have plans to share our solution with government and policy makers so as be able to execute our plan
2) insecurity - The level of insecurity in Nigeria is very high. There some areas that we can't even access because of cattle herdsmen, bandit and kidnappers. We have resolved to work in areas that are safe , notwithstanding we intend engaging high level security personnel
3) Change in Nigerian Government Policy.. We intending tacking this issue by working directly with the federal as well as state government in the execution of our plan
4) High cost of living - The constant increase in price of goods and services for the past months have been of major concern as a result we are saddled with the responsibility to cut all additional cost while we save more by taking care of the things within our control
- Hybrid of for-profit and nonprofit
We are applying because we know we have solution to the one health crises and our solution can help put an end to the one health crises threat,
the major constrains we have are are tied to funding, hence our website and APP are not fully ready
